If you ever need to call this location, they are almost always busy helping someone either on location or on the phone. Be prepared to be put on hold.
Be aware of what you are getting into before you sign-​up for a membership, as they are not really clear on what it means to have a membership. You have to wait a year to cancel your membership (without having to pay fees).
When I signed up I thought I was signing up myself with the membership and adding my fiancé as a user at the price of $ 64. Boy was I wrong, the representative signed us both on with memberships so every month they automatically took out $ 128. This created a mess of fees every month for me and the salon has done nothing to correct the misunderstanding.
When I called corporate to explain my situation, nothing was done to fix what was already done. Furthermore, I am still a member only because I have to be.
I will not renew my membership because I feel like I was mislead into membership and agreements that were unclear. When I read my contract, I did not see any printed cancellation amounts.
The massages are great though, I will give them credit for that. Rooms are a bit chilly.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Unprofessional and incapable front desk staff, esthetician didn’t show up for my appointment and nothing done about it on my behalf except for «sorry» after I sat in a robe for 20 minutes waiting. Contacted corporate to try to resolve the problem and cancel my membership. Their response — we thought we did fine. Just suspend your account until we’ve had time to get our act together — it’s a new store. DO NOT GET SUCKERED in. I usually don’t. This was my reminder of why! Seriously disgusted.

Went in for a massage at their 39.99 rate. Wasn’t sure what to expect… it was WONDERFUL! I even signed up for a monthly program! I look forward to each massage or facial I get. I def recommend them!

Introductory massage is $ 39 for an hour, then they try to get you to join their «monthly plan». Massage was good, not great.
Great leg waxes, some of the best in the twin cities, can usually get same day and super affordable. I’ve used this place for several leg waxes and you can’t go wrong.
