Came in here but left because of the lack of a good ventilation system.

Arcadian Nails is usually my go-to in the area, but I decided to mix things up and go to Tiffany’s. BADCHOICE. I’d been to Tiffany’s once before and it was nothing memorable. Their prices are super reasonable though so I gave it another shot. I had 3 employees throughout the mani — a woman(I think the manager), who grabbed a bowl of polish remover and had me soak my fingers in it; another woman who put on foil wraps; and a male who did the actual polish application. Putting aside the fact that the first two women kept running away to answer the phone and handle customer payments(it was a Friday), the male employee was SO rude and more importantly, did a horrible job. My nails chipped after 2 days. I also asked for a bow design, the manicurist painted a single loop… twice. It took 3 tries to get something somewhat resembling a bow and he kept using his fingers to remove the mess-ups(when I asked him to use a cotton ball since he was making splotches he shushed me and said it was fine). When he showed me for the second time a single loop instead of a bow, I showed a bow design on Pinterest and he aggressively told me the shapes were different because the photo was in a different color. WTF. If you go, just avoid Friday afternoons and the male manicurist…

So rude. Unprofessional. Attitude problems. The owner was very rude & condescending.

Extremely busy at all times but some how they manage to do a great job! Prices are great as is quality! Last time I went to Tiffany’s it was right before my graduation. I didn’t leave myself enough time though so I was freaking out and told them I’d just leave without the polish. They got 2 more people over to help speed everything up and did a beautiful job in record time!

I just got back from a trip to Tiffany’s. This is my «go to» nail salon whenever I’m home visiting my parents. The staff is friendly and they always do a really good job. Today I got the CND shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. It was my first time getting the shellac and I love it! They did an amazing job and while I was getting my nails done they had someone giving back massages. I think he massaged my back for about 10 minutes with some lotion and a hot towel and it was just awesome. I walked out of there relaxed and happy and I will continue to go back whenever I’m in pleasantville.
