Way over priced drinks. The line outside to get in was not covered so we had to stand in the rain. It was just my girl and I and they charged us automatic 15% gratuity on our bill. Service was not good and food was mediocre. Ive been here twice but this will be my last time.

Incredibly unimpressed. Met a group here for a show(about 20 of us). Server took 20 min to take our drink order(after stopping by twice to say«I’ll be right back»). When I explained my distaste for the delay he passed the excuse off of «I’m busy.» Mind you, this was after he got the other half of our group, and then passed us for the table of attractive girls(who were well out of his league). I then asked both him and another server to speak to a manager. During this time, the security guy asks me to speak with his in the hall(as if I’m a 5 year old), where I do explain our situation to another manager who’s at the hostess desk. Still no apology, nor offer to pick up a round or comp dessert or anything. Randomly, about 10 min later, a gentleman brings me(only me, out of our table of 4) a comp’d drink. I explain to him that it’s not just me but our whole table. He comes back with 3 free tickets to a future show(again, we are a table of 4) as an apology. Finally, while a friend was standing by our table, she got yelled at by another security guy for not being seated. Finally, while writing this review, I got yelled at again by the same«security» guy who asked me to speak to him in the hall. Suffice it to say, first and last time I’ll be here. If I want to be treated like a child, I’ll go back to pre-school.

Do not use your debit/credit card here!!! My waiter secretly charge me for an extra transaction thinking I would not notice. Really disappointed since it was my first time here.

George Wallace was funny as hell… nice place for food, drinks and comedy. Had a good time and celebrated a birthday. Perfect place for date night.

Tommy’s Ts has high quality comedians without the long commute to the city. Jen there is terrific and offers great customer service! Fun place to go without a lot of hassles.

Thoroughly unimpressed! We jumped on the opportunity to see Anjelah Johnson an amazing comedic talent and having been to Rancho Cordova Tommy T’s we had a certain level of expectation walking into the Pleasanton location. The temperatures as of late have been ridiculously cold and having to line up(first come first serve seating) early was not an enjoyable experience. I would think they would have placed awnings with built in heaters along the front paths by now to cut the exposure to elements by now as they have been open for awhile(per my understanding). Once you finally get inside, the layout is pretty horrendous. It is laid out as if it used to be an old restaurant with live music on occassion more than a comedy club. For those really tucked in places there are TV monitors splayed throughout the club, but apparently HD is a lost thought. Who pays good money to be tucked into a corner and watch a horrible tv monitor of the show?! You are required to purchase 2 drinks, which is expected per every comedy club in California. However the server we had was not very attentive and every one of our drinks came out staggered instead of serving the entire table at once. Never had that occur before! My order took an hour to arrive while the rest of my table waited 25 mts and 40 mts respectively. Then the table next to us was rudely asked whether they had a free spot at their table and asked that same table if our empty chair was free as well, might want to ask the actual people sitting at the table not the table beside it! Mid way through the show one of the people at the table beside us got sick out front and the rest of the table was quite rudely informed and while a guard stood over them blocking the chairs and tables behind them from seeing the show. the waitress dropped the bill off without saying a word, so the table didn’t even have a clue the bill was delivered. so they could pay and then leave to take care of their sick friend. The entire time the guard is standing and hovering right behind them block the view of the paying customers behind this table. The one person left to take care of the sick friend, but the other stayed for a bit more of the show and got onto her cell mid-show and started checking facebook and checking other apps on her phone for 5 minutes. After she had already put her phone away, security came over and told her she couldn’t be on her phone. The location only has 3 stalls for the women restroom and some guy went into the women’s restroom and vomited everywhere so the facilities weren’t accessible for a bit. The after show sales table is completely blocking the exit so it takes forever to get out of the facility once the show is over too. Needless to say with all that occurred in our first visit we have no intention of returning or recommending this club. We will wait for shows in other comedy venues and be treated as real paying people.

We watched a show there on New Year’s Eve. The show was amazing. The seating was okay, but then again… we stood in the general admission line for slightly over an hour to get the seats that we had. If they offered outdoor heating for people standing in line for the events held at Tommy T’s, I’m sure they would receive much higher ratings. Staff working the event were all nice(A few seemed a little frantic and stressed out). Food was okay. Our cake felt a little frozen in the inside. But it was nice to have an «item» minimum rather than a «dinner order» minimum or a «drink» minimum. This made us feel less restricted, as guests.

Review is for their Thursday night special: Male Strippers! What better way to spend a GNO?! My girls and I have been trying to find a male strip club in the Bay and couldn’t find one. then we stumble upon this! It was almost all of our first time at a MALE strip club so you know we were super juiced and expecting some Magic Mike performances lol. The stage was smaller than I anticipated(first time at Tommy Ts) the tables closer to the stage were for reserved parties only and the rest of the seating was in the back and was first come, first serve. We were towards the back, near the bar area so I thought we wouldn’t get any play and that the strippers would gravitate more towards the larger, reserved parties, but surprisingly they made their way all around! Even to girls who weren’t throwing money, they showed each and every girl in that room, that night, a hell of a time. Lapdances, acrobatic shit, you name it. Very entertaining and hilarious! They had a diverse lineup of guys and they were all friendly and could put on a show. I wouldn’t say Channing Tatum status but definitely entertaining.

I was so excited to see Felipe Esparza at TommyT’s I must have got the dates mixed up. Had seats for Saturday night not Sunday night but TommyT’s honored my tickets anyways. It was the best date night ever for my husband & I. Just wanted to say thanks for honoring my tickets, the great food & service but most of all for the laughs.

Faizon Love was funnier than I thought he’d be. The place has a chill vibe. The drinks are hella strong and the potato skins will give you indigestion. Skins, one corona, and two mixed drinks: $ 65.00 gratuity so kindly included. The best part is we got two different sets of tickets to shows coming up in December.

Came here for the Thursday male adult show, and while the guys were good looking and it was fun to watch, it left a bit to be desired. After a few minutes of general gyrating on the stage, the guys came down to perform for the ladies with the bills. The problem with this was that you couldn’t see a damn thing if the dancer wasn’t in your area… all you saw was a crowd of backs. Given that this was a small venue and you still couldn’t seen meant you were either sitting quietly waiting for the action or huddled around screaming next to the woman who got the personalized attention. I got a few laughs in at the ridiculous simulated sex but our group left about 11 and we only got to see three dancers. We were just bored after a while, but I did appreciate that the dancers were all men of color. Bravo. Two item minimum — I had the strawberry cheesecake which was gross. The savory options were much better. French fries were yum; spinach dip was ok. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours, but not something I need to repeat. I dressed up just a tiny a bit, but felt overdressed when I got there. It’s casual, so don’t fret. And the venue is not swank at all, so don’t dress to the nines or you’ll look way out of place. This is not that kind of place lolololol. First 50 ladies get in free at the door, but I got a complimentary ticket on goldstar(paid $ 6 for the service fee). There’s no reason to pay full price for this show. Just bring your dollah billz. P. S. You won’t see any weenies. Think Magic Mike, but less fancy choreography, less stage presence, less excitement(or laughs, in my case).

Went Friday to see Shawn Wayans, great show, opening comedians was just as funny as him. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact we had VIP tickets and was seated like sardines at tables that allowed no elbow room or privacy. We later learned that there’s an upstairs section that has spacious seating, a better view of the stage, and doesn’t require a VIP ticket.

Went to see Aries Spears last Saturday. Honestly the customer service at this place sucks ass! My table there ordered bottle service and a bunch of food. I asked for a couple glasses of water &20 minutes passed by I still didn’t get it. I asked for it again, 20 minutes passed by again. I understand they’re busy but how hard is it to grab water for a customer? I asked literally 8 times & I got so pissed so my boyfriend went up to ask the server. The waiter said he had to take care of all the other tables first before he can grab us water. Seriously f*%#! you guys! Sorry for my language but the waitresses & waiters lack so much respect & customer service.

The comedians are great but sadly the establishment could use a little upgrade. The seating arrangements are okay. It is pretty much first come first serve for a good seat. The down side to it is that you may be stuck sitting on bar stool chairs for over an hour with your butt and back hurting. Customer service was good I had no complaints except for when a waiter brought over the wrong order and said to my friends and I «what? You guys don’t want your food?». I thought that was rude given the fact he brought the wrong order. The bathrooms were already a mess before the show started, it didn’t seem like they had anyone that goes in the bathroom and cleans it up a little every now and then. Overall the show makes up for some of the down falls of the establishment. An upgrade on the venue could make this place great

The comedy was fantastic. Unfortunately, the venue left a lot to be desired. I purchased 3 tickets, but 1 person in my party was unable to attend. When I arrived at the will call desk, they did not want to relinquish the 3rd ticket that I paid for to me. After I demanded to have the ticket that I paid for, they handed it to me and I gave it to someone in line for free. Once inside, they told us that general admission seating is everything in the rear half of the club. If I wanted to «upgrade» to a better seat, it would be an extra $ 10 per ticket. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about upgrading tickets for this show. The price for all tickets is listed as general admission. What they do is have everyone pay for a general admission ticket and when you arrive, they show you where you can sit if you upgrade. I sat from my rearview seat watching them play this game with each patron that arrived. The show began 30 minutes late, the venue was extremely cold, and the food was terrible. I only ordered a plate of fries. My guest had chicken nachos, which contained 5 small chunks of chicken, canned nacho cheese, loads of jalapeño peppers, and the cheapest/generic, round corn tortilla chips on the market. The wait staff was not friendly or attentive. I was treated like something to fill a seat rather than a paying customer. Beware! A 15% gratuity is included in your bill. When you order during the comedy show, you must either pay cash or allow them to slide your credit card to run a tab. Years ago when I attended Tommy T’s, I would pay a general admission price. If I arrived early, I was allowed to sit anywhere. I was charged for what I ordered at the end of the comedy show(which is the practice at most comedy clubs). Save your money and view your favorite comedians elsewhere. This is the last time I will patronize this establishment.

Food and Comedy at the same time? Please and thank you! I actually never heard about this place until fairly recently, and lucky for me, I was able to see and meet Willie Barcena towards the end of last year. They have an excellent promotions team as I am kept up to date with stand up comedians they have almost every weekend(signed up for their texting club). They also offer free tickets through their texting option and at the end of shows sometimes keeping customers coming back for more. The catch with these free tickets is that there is a drink and food minimum! And that’s a-ok! Because it gives me the opportunity to enjoy my meal/drink while having a good laugh. More popular comedians, so-to-speak, are never included in these free ticket deals. Just an FYI. The food is also decent… but I think I’ll try their cocktails/desserts next time. Also keep in mind that cell phone usage during sets are prohibited! Be respectful to your fellow audience members and the performer.

Came here to see one of my favorite comedians, Sinbad, and it was great! For all those reviews below me saying they do not serve steak, well… they do now! It’s back on their menu. The service was very attentive and it’s definitely worth buying the VIP tickets to get in faster and just served your food quicker. I ordered their sparkling wine bottle to drink and it was delicious. Sinbad was great, as always, as he tends to interact with the audience and come up with material on the spot. Always so funny and clean — very talented comedian. We had a great time! P. S. get there early to find parking ;)

10:15pm Friday show review Parking is horrid. We ended up parking in the nearby plaza where everyone else has spilled over into. The will-call window is right next to the entrance, there was a guy in the front that directed us there. He’s super friendly & helpful. There are two lines that were formed while we were waiting for the 7:15pm show to finish up. One for VIP($ 35) & General Admission($ 25). For how small the venue is, there is a lot of organization with how to handle the crowd. I love that! They let the VIP through first then GA. For $ 10 extra, I recommend buying the VIP tickets. I slacked on buying VIP tickets so they were sold out when I got around to buying tickets –_– Downstairs gets pretty filled up with VIP so we were directed upstairs, by the bar! Heyyyyy! Lol. We were like 2nd in line for the GA line, that didn’t matter because it was still slim pickings with seats. We sat upstairs, right by the TV on a table for 4. You have to sit on the same side as the person you came with because they have to utilize the seating as it is a fairly small venue. Some seats are quite awks, like the table of four are seated right next to a conference style table so people are looking directly at you while you are eating & what-not. Okay, okay enough about the horrible seating. I only saw 2 waitresses taking the order of everyone upstairs so we waited a while for our orders to be taken. No Mojito for this girl because they were out of mint –_– Lame game dude. So I ordered the Strawberry Margarita, pretty good & strong. We also ordered a basket of fries. Good for two people. Exiting this place is a fire-hazard, I am just saying. We were stuck upstairs for what seemed to be forever trying to get out. GARYOWENS was FIVESTARFORME. He was hilarious! Will I be back? Sure, I’ll purchase VIP tickets though. OH! They still charge gratuity even if it’s illegal in CA to. JUSTFYI.
