Oxi Fresh of Pleasanton Carpet Cleaning

I was in need of a quick carpet cleaning and was pleasantly surprised to learn that this is a fast drying method. Although they told me it would dry in hours it did take 24 to dry fully. In all fairness, it was during a week with a lot of rain. The carpet was never squishy wet, just slightly damp. The areas cleaned look fantastic and even a week later, they look great and dirt vacuums up easily since there is no residue. I like that it’s a family owned business here in Pleasanton. Shane is the owner and his retired father helps him. They are invested in the community and so there’s a nice trust factor in them coming into your home. Did I mention that their prices are reasonable with no hidden costs? I’ll be using this service again and again!

These guys are a family owned franchise and are the best! They are relatively new in the area and got a coupon in ValPak. My carpets were legitimately brown and disgusting, so a deep cleaning was much needed. Called these guys up and were super friendly and more than happy to set up an appointment to clean the house. Upon meeting them, they kindly greeted us and asked us some general questions about the carpets like when they were last cleaned and such. I asked them if the chemicals they use to clean the carpets were safe for pets and children, because my nephews frequently come over. They legitimately said, «we use NO chemicals in our cleaning agents. Our products are safe to consume.» Of course, I wanted to test that theory, but I wasn’t going to ask. I was sold after that though. After an hour, they finished my living room and hallways, and wow. What a major difference! My carpet looked brand spankin’ new! For the price, it was definitely worth it. Will use their services again :) thanks Shane!
