My husband and I were first time homebuyers in search of a single family home. We did not know the cumbersome process of buying a home and were a little overwhelmed as new buyers. We casually went to an open house where we met Jessica (she was the realtor showing the home). In having our first conversation with her, she was so kind and genuinely wanted to help us in our search. She took notes, gave some good tips, and within a few days of meeting her, she followed up with us. At that point, we knew she was going to be our realtor. We set up an appointment with her and her brother Sean… and the rest is history!
From our first sit down with Jessica and Sean, we immediately felt comfortable with them. They understood our situation and took the time to make sure we were informed of all details throughout the process. They were very knowledgeable about the home buying process, which gave us confidence as buyers. They worked very well together and responded promptly and appropriately to all of our questions and concerns. They researched all options for us, taking the burden off of my husband and I. They gained our trust by displaying professionalism, knowledge of the market, and continuous follow through. Jessica found the perfect home for us and we have been living in it for almost three years now!
As new homebuyers, my husband and I learned that the process brings feelings of excitement, frustration, disappointment, and joy. Hiring Jessica as our realtor helped us get through those emotions. We are extremely satisfied with our home buying experience! We now consider the Jackson’s as our dear friends and would not hesitate to reach out to them for anything. They continue to advise us even years after we purchased our home.
In addition, last year Jessica and Sean sold my parents’ home in Granite Bay AND helped them buy a new home in Lathrop. They also sold my parents’ neighbor’s home in Granite Bay. This homeowner came to my parents home asking for feedback on Jessica and Sean because he had been so frustrated with his previous realtor who could not seem to sell his home. and they finally sold it!
