7-Eleven

Popped in here on the way to San Jose, as it seemed the closest, just to get a drink.
The Mountain Dew came out of the drink fountain reliably, cups, lids, and straws were available, and most important, the drink actually tasted like Mountain Dew.
The cashier was not rude.

Stopped by to hopefully be the next Loto winner lol. Just like any other 7 – 11!.. Not so friendly here, they don’t great you when you walk in or when you check out lol!

Came in here for the very first time to see if they sold some slurpees, which they did. I got all excited when 7 Eleven sold several flavors of:
— Sour Apple
— Blue Raspberry
— Original Cherry
— Mountain Dew
— Orange (creamsicle something)
etc
Everything you needed, it was there (i.e. cup, caps, straws)
Small children need help with the handles (tough for them to turn the knob sideways)
Definitely coming back however the key is in moderation.
Customer service — the lady was friendly!

7 – 11 here has ample parking if the spaces at the side of the building are included.
got a friendly «hello» and friendly chattiness during checkout. elderly indian lady very courteous, cordial, and efficient. 4 stars for being a 7 – 11 anomaly.
buys: med. coffee and 2 donuts (2)
–brazilian coffee actually smooth, not harsh, tasted freshly made, probably wasn’t
–donuts were gummy, had some aftertaste.
drips:
–wish all 7 – 11’s were staffed with personnel as this one.
3ish in the afternoon on valentines’ day.
–actually self served myself (didn’t need help at all, minor accomplishment for me).

The restroom was without toilet paper and soap. I would think twice about buying a hot dog here.

He made fresh coffee for me :)

Stopped here to get a slurpee for the niece after her tonsillectomy. 3 flavours were available, all nicely icy. Checkout was efficient. No redbox, so that’s a negative to me, though.

Horrible-​horrible-​horrible
The cashier tried to keep the change when my daughter was buying something. The cashier told my daughter to come back the next day!
She called the police and when they were pulling up the drive way the cashier gave her the money and ran outside to tell the police its been resolved.
I called the Pleasanton chamber of commerce to see if the 7Eleven on Hopyard was a member and for advice. After telling the story to the Chamber of Commerce the woman said to me «I had a siimiliar experience at the same location»!
I will never go there again and I will not allow my family members to go there either, we the honest will not buy from people who steal and and are dishonest and take advatage of anyone.

Boooo — NO Slurpee cups on free 7 – 11 Slurpee day? — right. My 7 & 9 year old not very happy — I am going to Chevron food mart now.

Great customer service and nice peeps! Slurpee machine seems to actually be more «in order» than «out of order» which is not usually the case in most 7−11…

This place is my slurpee hookup. They always have coke flavor and some good fruit flavors too. It’s usually pretty clean and the staff are nice. Also they have a good candy selection, SWEET. And Lots of cool drinks and snacks too. Sadly no bugles…
