ZipZap Termite & Pest Control

ZipZap tried to say that my response was for a termite renewal. No way would I have requested a renewal from them. They wouldn’t provide one single record for what they did the first year so why would I renew? His comment to cover his _​_​_​didn’t even make sense. There are lots of good, responsible companies out there, but ZipZap is not one of them.

We have been using Zip Zap for years. The 1star ratings that appear on Unilocal! are not a true reflection of the company! We have used Jeff (licensed Entomologist) for everything from roaches-​spiders-​flies-​to the all intrusive bed bug infestation. Not only will they provide a free estimate the do a GREAT and PROFESSIONAL job and follow up afterwards. We have learned through some irresponsible tenants that property owner prep and follow through/​upkeep is important and can easily negate the work of any exterminator! Janet is more than helpful and responsive and everyone at the business is experienced! Zip Zap provided heat treatment for bed bugs and although expensive we have NEVER had a re-​occurrence. Anyone with bed bug issues needs to read up on heat treatment vs. chemical treatment as Zip Zap guarantees the heat treatment. Also the community needs to be aware of the steps following bed bugs and how not to (yet easy it is to) bring them back! I recommend Zip Zap to anyone looking for an honest, helpful, reliable pest control service!
