Good prices and decent selection. Better get there early or else you will be waiting in a line to get in the store.

Winter is upon us, so I decided to come here to get some gear. They had a pretty good selection of jackets, sweaters and such at great prices. The prices here are on average 50% cheaper than buying at their actual retail stores. I would advise not to come to this store on the weekends because it’s a madhouse with kids running around every which way.

This is a great outlet. They offer really great prices on North Face products. One of the last times I was in there, they had hoodies for $ 20. The employees are also very nice and helpful.

Cold weather gear up for the up coming snow we have brewing. Gloves and hats are what I am in search for. I love this joint.

Great store, probably why it is always busy on the weekend. Here is a hint: if you can, go during the week in the evening. It is usually slow. A lot of time it seems the sales start on Thursday or Friday(don’t quote me on this). I have walked in on a weekend when it has been packed & had a huge line & walked out & come back another time. The sales staff is always helpful & knowledgable, especially if you actually want to know about the features of the product(not just that it has the North Face logo on it). Very friendly. Everything I have bought there has held up.

I don’t get it. My review Is of the store, not the product — which is top quality and most definitely expensive. I have never, ever seen such literal chaos on a random Saturday. Apparently, we chose to visit during a «sale» which is infrequent because about 1000 people were stuffed into the store. We’re talking«Black Friday at Best Buy or Walmart» kind of chaos here. You couldn’t move, you couldn’t actually get to any merchandise and God help you if you actually wanted to buy something. The line for that was at least(no joke) 200 ppl long. They had 2 registers open. I lasted exactly 3 minutes in this complete shitshow before I grew up my hands and said«I’m out». Whoever manages this store MIGHT want to consider controlling the crowds duing sales — the Coach store does it and I don’t think it hurts their sales at all. Perhaps add some staff? Some temp registers? Anything? No? You’d rather have idiots stampede in the rush to purchase marginally discounted ski jackets? I’ll leave you to it then.

This place is the reason I come to the Outlet Mall. LOVE me some discounted North Face! And this place is always mobbed, so the secret’s out. It’s not really a small store, but they’ve got so much packed in, and it’s always so busy that it feels cramped. But they’ve got such a nice selection of stuff: Men’s, Women’s, Kids, accessories, back-packs… they’ve got a lot! I definitely recommend hitting this place up when you’re there.

Any time you can find North Face gear for less then giving up your first born child, you gotta check it out, right? We’d heard about this outlet and it was on our way back from a trip to Wisconsin so we stopped in to check it out. First, the outlet mall itself, it just like most of the other Premium Outlets if you’ve ever been to one before, PACKED. The parking lot was complete mayhem, and it will take you a good 20 minutes to find a parking spot, unless you just automatically park as far away as possible. Be prepared to stare down other prospective parkers waiting for a spot as you see someone walking back to their car, only to find out they were just dropping off bags and heading back out to the mall. The store itself is pretty much no frills, what you’d expect in an outlet. It was wall to wall merchandise. It was also crowded as shit. Men, women, and small children flailing about. The kids were actually kind of out of control and they were climbing and crawling around all the clothing racks(C’mon parents!) I’ve never bought too much North Face gear in the past, so I don’t have much to compare the pricing to, but from what I’ve heard the pricing here was actually pretty good. They did seem to have a little bit more of a selection for men then women, but they really did have a ton of stuff. Prices ranged from $ 50-$ 300 depending on what you were looking for. I would definitely come back and check them out again if I was in the market for a winter coat. Id also like to check out the rest of this outlet mall when I have time, they seemed to have a better crop of stores then the Chicago area outlets. Helpful hints: It’s only about an hour from the Chicago area. I think the tax is cheaper here then in the Chi-town area. I overheard one of the guys at the counter explaining to someone that The North Face does not have any OFFICIAL outlets online, so beware of buying something online.

We stopped here on the way back from a ski trip. I really enjoyed this place. They had tons of options to chose from: heavy jackets, light jackets, sweaters, vests, shoes, boots, etc. They really did have a lot of great options. The men’s section was amazing. A few of my female friends said the women’s wasn’t as nice as the mens. But everything was pretty much 40% off. I didn’t buy anything because I have enough jackets but if you are looking for a north face this is the place to go. Few things to know: It’s crowded. Annoying parents bring their little brats who run all over the place. Too many strollers! The isles are not that big to be dodging ignorant parents who just push their stroller anywhere they want. The lines are long You will circle the parking lot 10 times looking for a spot. You will kill someone who doesn’t know what they are doing in the parking lot. Tons of other outlet stores there, didn’t stop in any of them because we didn’t have time. A few I would have liked too.

Drove an hour from Chicago to come shop at the outlet mall, and this store made our trip WORTHIT! There is a huge selection here of fleeces, vests, jackets, socks, bags, and shoes. When you walk in, you’ll realize that the checkout line is 20 people long, but your purchase will be worth it. Especially if you’re from Chicago because the sales tax here is only ½ of Chicago’s 10+%!!! I bought a REALLY cute ski jacket here for $ 100 off regular price at $ 175(including tax). This is the fully lined type with a windbreaker and removable hat. Original price was $ 275. There are also random sales racks with items that may have been less popular due to the color(I.e. bright blue ski pants) that are marked down to $ 25 and under. Love it. I’m bringing my coat back to BOSTON!

If you’re looking for a warm winter jacket, why not get a warm North Face? If you’re going to buy a North Face jacket, why not get it for a big discount? This location might not have the latest styles or carry them all, but what they lack they make up for with their super low prices. I’ve bought a $ 300 winter jacket here for half off. Not too shabby… The store always seems to be crowded, but that’s because it’s an outlet store. If they run out of a certain style, just wait a few days and they’ll be back in stock. I’m a fan.
