Who owns this joint? They need a major overhaul! I don’t know why I’ve gone there more than once other than convenience. They need some management. Those poor workers do the best they can. They have zero guidance. Do you need help?!

Came to get tacos! They were closed 30 minutes early and my friend needed to use the restroom! Very upset…

let me start off by saying that I love Taco Bell. possibly too much. and of all the locations I’ve been to, this is the worst. I’ve been here multiple times and there’s always been small problems with my order but nothing that bothered me too much. but after my most recent visit, I’m avoiding this one at all costs. the service was awful throughout the entire order and I ended up giving up before leaving unsatisfied

This location LITERALLY forgets 1 or more items every single time I’ve been there. I will just drive further to another location if I want Taco Bell. I’m sick of giving my money away.

Same old taco bell food. Customer service is pretty good here. Not much else to say except the drive thru is generally pretty slow and the lane is small so don’t drive your lifted 4×4. :)

I’m sorry guys, I’m not someone who review bombs often or ever. But the fact is that this place gets my order wrong more often than not. I work in the area and there are few options quick enough for a lunch break and I’ve been enough times to say it’s a definite trend. Most recently two of the three items on I ordered were wrong. One was wrong on the receipt(the cashiers fault), the other was prepared incorrectly despite my order being taken correctly on the receipt. I do not have this same problem at the location further down Contra Costa next to Macdonald’s.

Service was fine via drive in, but my complaint is how my food was packaged. I understand the food business, but if you cannot work drive in by yourself, dude, ask for back up. That’s ridiculous to not completely wrap the chalupa. You are lucky I don’t know how to add pictures on here.

Fast and reliable at the drive through! Make sure to go around 3 – 5, because they can get really busy before 3.

The last time I wrote on this place almost four years ago the service was consistently bad. Today I walked in and got what I ordered precisely. The server was pleasant and made sure they left off the sour cream as requested. It was efficiently run and I was very pleased.

Unfortunately decided to eat here yesterday with my good friend and brother, about mid afternoon. My brother ordered a smothered burrito and two bites into it he pulled out a long, curly strand of female hair. To say the least it was unappetizing as all hell, probably won’t be hitting up Taco Bell again anytime soon. Bad experience.

Fast food, what can I say? I love it! It’s fast and for $ 20 you can feed half a platoon.

One, George did not recite the order while i ordered. He spoke so fast that his broken english was not understandable. Two, when i asked for him to repeat the order back, again he said it too fast. Three, he shook his head after i gave him my payment for the food. He was rude and told me to move my car forward as i checked my food. Horrible customer service. I dont even want to eat the food now. ONESTARFORTHISJOINT!

Today around 1pm I went inside tacobell at this location with a couple buddies of mine. it had been a few months since we had eaten at this tacobell. The location seemed a little bit understaffed as the drive through guy was perhaps working the front register. While waiting about 2 minutes. This lady in scrubs started verbalizing how this was ridiculous and other nonsense. Obviously never learning patience growing up. As the man came over to help her she rudely barked her order, practically forcing her 20 dollar bill into his hand. At this point the 5 of us that were in line were all giving each other looks at the sight we had just seen. The man then helped the girl in front of me out and then went back to his position at the window as another girl came to help me. The lady in question then demands him over to verbally abuse him for taking so long to help her and then accuses him of immediately helping the girl after her because she was«younger and prettier» Yes I am actually quoting her.(for the record niether were that great looking) She then has to halt progress of the entire staff for a good five more minutes to yell at everyone. Appalled, I apologized to the staff after the lady refuses to take her food and demands her 9 dollars and something back. She then leaves the store yelling about calling corporate or some nonsense with some colorful words that I wished the children in the restaurant did not hear. These guys rushed to get everything back to pace, were really nice to me and my friends and even commented on how cute my dog was who was eagerly waiting for me outside. All in all this is a great location, I felt sorry for the staff and prompted me to write this review. More people are willing to write a bad review over a good one to begin with. ps. the cantina burritos are BEYOND amazing. Keep this forever, dont ever get rid of them.

This is more like a Two-and-a-Half. Not because of the staff or anything particular with the store, but I just don’t think Taco Bell is worth more than Three Stars anywhere. After many years of being vegetarian and only engaging in bean and cheese or seven layer burritos, I stopped at this one not long ago and I tried some stuff with — gasp! — chicken. But the food and quality of ingredients left much to be desired. I guess that’s how they keep it so cheap! The Verdict: Ehhhhhh not my favorite fast food chain.

I never know what to order at Taco Bell… their menu items have all sorts of crazy names with no descriptions of what’s in them. I suppose at the end of the day it’s just beans, rice, and some sort of meat wrapped up in a tortilla… still though, I’d like to know for sure what I’m about to bite into. Truthfully, I think I eat at Taco Bell for the hot sauce… it’s damn good and it basically makes everything taste a-okay. Anyways, I digress… this particular Taco Bell isn’t any different from any other one that I’ve been to except that it’s brand-spanking new… same menu items with no descriptions, same tasty hot sauce, and same level of service… nothing great, nothing horrible. Yo quiero Taco Bell? Uhhh… yah…sure…when I’m drunk enough to not really care what I’m stuffing in my mouth. Extra hot sauce please!

This review is only for the drive-through as I haven’t sat inside yet. I have visited this location six times and have my order come back with a mistake three of those six times times. Usually I ask for bean items and they mistake the word bean for beef. I even try to enunciate sloooowly and clearly knowing of this word challenge that they have here. The only clue as to the mistake is usually the high price total and that I am read back and have to clarify it at the window. This last time today, I had an item omitted altogether. Chicken burrito … there it is on my bill and not in the bag. Food is typical Taco Bell. No better, no worse than Taco Bell standard fare. One down side is the creepy exterior(i.e. you have to leave the dining room /inside to gain access) bathroom that is only accessible from the rear of the building by the driveway sign.

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest Taco Bells in the East Bay. They even come around to ask you how everything is at your table. I’ve seen them do this more than once, and I think it’s above and beyond call of duty for a fast food joint. They just have excellent customer service here. I overheard a customer ask for more cheese on her nachos, and they gladly complied. Wow — first time I’ve ever heard a customer make this sort of request. To paraphrase South Park, «I wasn’t aware asking for more cheese was an option.» Say«Fresco» to replace the cheese and sauce on menu items for a more health-conscious fast-food meal. But even if this wasn’t the healthy option, their fresco salsa is super-delicioso! According to the leaflet, there are 27 fresco items under 10 grams of fat, so you’ll probably find one to your liking. I recommend the fresco beef soft taco(200 cals 9 grams fat), or – my latest discovery — the fresco bean burrito(340 cals 9 grams fat). Two tacos fill you up, or one bean burrito. The fresco style even has it’s own website: If you’re not into the low-fat option, I highly recommend the beef and potato burrito: FANTASTIC and filling. I hope they never remove this from their menu. Here’s how cheap you can eat at Taco Bell(receipt from my last visit): 1 bean burrito(fresco) $ 0 .99 1 small drink(free refills) $ 1.59 tax $ 0.24 ============== TOTAL: $ 2.82 Cheap, filling, and most importantly, TASTY. Thank you Taco Bell Contra Costa location, you never let me down. Sit inside facing the drive-through window and watch the happy customers circle around the building like some kind of Disney ride.
