Starbucks

I know where I can go have a coffee break when on the road! Where I am from, there are not any 24 hour starbucks that I know of. The cashiers were very polite and friendly. I decided to try the latter machiato (I probably butchered the spelling). It is similar to a rich, foamy cappuccino in my opinion. Would recommend to stop by when in this neck of the woods!

The usual check in spot at least twice a day. I wish I would have had Unilocal a year ago because I’d have over 100+ check ins.
I really like this starbucks. The outside seating is the best. If you can grab a parking spot close to the front you’re set. This starbucks has one of the better service than most. We’ve been going here so long that we have seen tons and tons of people come and go. We don’t really know anyone that’s left because they have all quit or been fired due to the poor manager. (Not mentioning names but you know who you are) We still keep in touch with the old employees because they either move into another starbucks or work some where else.
I miss a lot of the old workers. They would remember our drinks since we come twice a day. They wouldn’t charge us often, and would remember our drinks by heart even after taking thousands of orders a day.
None the less the service is still above average and every once in a while you’ll see a new snotty face that won’t last. But last time I was here I was a little flustered. A new face was there making drinks and she was S L O W. Everyone has to learn which is fine, but during rush hour? No. So my dad ordered a Caramel macchiato with extra caramel, which was 5 dollars way to overpriced honestly. So anyways we were waiting for the drinks for 20 minutes. So finally she grabs my dads cup and starts to make the drink. She started to put the lid on and put no whipped cream. So my dad said nicely, can you please put whipped cream? She got super salty and said in a nasty attitude «well I made it how it says to make it» «do you want more caramel!??» So we sat outside and figured to just drink it. It tasted like hot water, utter hot water with no taste what so ever.
We stood back in line because it tasted like utter **** so this nice girl re took our order for free. (I don’t remember her name but she was really cute lol) She’s been around for awhile and said that we’re trying her out and she was a bit quote on quote «flustered» So we all laughed and walked into the sunset with a better taste and a smile on our faces.
You may say. Noah? why do they get 4 stars if you had a bad experience then? Because I understand what’s on her plate and it’s not abnormal to be flustered and angry. But still out of line, but this once in awhile isn’t enough to take away the better experiences here whether it’s getting free drinks or (Not disclosing name for personal reasons) running out the back and giving us free drinks on cards because we paid for our drinks. Or whether it was (again not disclosing name for business and personal safety) giving me free pastries or talking about sports with the baristas. I will continue to return as long as they exist and I exist within this world.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to and they are consistently keeping the crowd moving. I believe this location is opened 24 hours… at least it feels like it because there are people there inside and outside enjoying a refreshment.

I am only giving this location 2 stars, one for the proximity to my home, the other for the drinks and baristas. I am just irritated that the manager allows people with their laptops to park themselves for hours on end. They take up all the tables and people that just want to chat and sit to have a nice coffee or meet with a friend can’t. They should time these wireless Internet moochers.

Made a quick stop at Starbucks to pick up a hot chocolate and ended up getting the child’s size. It was only $ 1.95, but if I wanted it hotter than the standard 120 degrees, it was going to cost $ 3.35 total, $ 1.40 more. I’ve never had a child’s size hot chocolate, it is definitely a smaller size, it didn’t make sense for the price to nearly double just to make it hotter. Lukewarm hot chocolate is not very good. I probably won’t be purchasing it again.

Scott, the cashier, was super helpful and friendly when I came in almost at midnight. They were out of their popular cold brew, so he suggested that I get a red eye instead.
He answered my questions about their new seasonal drinks, and he even had me smell their new holiday spice blend that they use for the flat white since I was on the fence about ordering it.
Melissa, the barista, brewed up a cup full of espresso and coffee, all the while talking happily with me. She seems pretty dedicated if she volunteers to work during the holiday shifts!
Both of them had pleasant demeanors and smiles, despite the late hour.
It was less crowded, perhaps because of the holiday break, and the store was tidy.
Thanks to this visit, I will be less leery of coming to this 24 hour location next time.

The staff was nice. Our drinks were made fairly quick.
The place has a lot of tables and chairs, but they were all was occupied.
Parking was a little difficult to find since its in the same lot as other shops and Safeway.

This place is one of the worst.
I go to starbucks twice a day. When I told the barista that the cashier overcharged me, she just made up some reason why the price was correct.
Most dont even know what they are doing.
I asjed for my latte affogato… How does that mean mix in all the shots and only throw one on top?
When i asked for it remade, the barista (brunette girl) seemed very frustrated and threw away the drink.
Then she started remaking it and put a loooott of ice, so i said «it was light ice» … She looks at me with the dirtiest look and said, «yea, it will become light ice when the hot shots melt the ice»
Wtf… Thats exactly what i DID NOT want! If the ice is melted, then the drink is watered down.
This place over charges you, has poor rude service, and overall ruined my morning.
This barista needs to get fired with her poor attitude. You get all scared to approach her, even to ask for the bathroom code because she has soo much sass. Uggh, work somewhere that does not require customer service.
Will never be coming back to this one.

I haven’t been to this location in a while. I’ve been two weeks in a row at around 3−4pm and the place is a mess. Floors that need sweeping and boxes of stuff piled on the sales floor. I’ll go to the Martinez location from now on.

I’m a huge starbucks fan, but I hate this location. The lines are always long, there’s never enough people working, they can be very slow, and they constantly run out of stuff. For one of the busiest lovations in the area, you would think it would be managed a lot better.

I love coffee, and although many other shops beat Starbucks in quality and taste, I lover his Starbucks!!! It’s set up nicely, big and there is great seating outside. Plus, it’s now open 24hrs! Love!!!

Love the employees and this starbucks was remodeled recently so it’s a nice place to study

This is such a busy location on the weekend, it’s insane! There’s plenty of seating available, the lines can be long. Almost out the door some days.
The service is as good as can be expected for how busy it gets, they’re always really nice & my order (although simple) has never been wrong here!
Very convenient location in a busy shopping center, plenty of parking, although not always close by!

Angel is the best thing going at this location. He is just the sweetest, and seems to always be in a good mood. Such a refreshing thing to find in customer service!

There was a technical problem w/​my rewards app & the cards on my account but Scott the barista was so kind to honor it & I got my free bday drink: Oprah chai latte w/​coconut milkso glad they were open late & honored my bday reward!! He was so polite & kind plus he makes a mean chai latte!!!

Great place to study, but I wished they could lower their music so people wouldn’t try to have their conversations over the music!!! Ugh. So fucking annoying. K bye.

I love Starbucks. There is little that gets in my way of a soy latte, however the male employee who consistently as well as obnoxiously whistles loudly while he works is driving me crazy. I come here to to sip espresso and get into an environment that I can productively work but this whistling is driving me nuts. I’d suggest hazard pay for his co-​works. Never the less, indeed I’m a fan! Just don’t have a whistling complex if you come to this location!

I really liked this Starbucks when I first started going here, but the service has gotten so slow and it doesn’t always produce the best, most accurate drinks. Also, even during the busiest times they only have two or three baristas and one of those is just starting so it can be super slow.

Probably the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever set foot in, and also one of the most accurate and consistent! They are always busy, day or night — if you like to get your coffee fix on Friday mornings only as your treat, beware that’s the day the line is usually longest!
Since this is the Starbucks I’ve been to the most, this is also the one where I’ve experienced the most mishaps (machines breaking, etc.) but the barristas always keep their cool. This place is also a major hangout/​lounge spot in the evenings, no matter what the weather. Finding a table can be tough!
