The apartments are huge, fireplace, and extremely nice, also very inexpensive. Everyone that lives there is nice and say hi. They are always so nice and helpful. They are quick to return calls if they cant answer the phone. Everyone that works there are always smiling and pleasant.

We are so grateful for Shawn and Doug at Pleasant Hill Garden Apartments! Shawn is the«new“manager and Doug handles all the maintenance.(I guess the other manager was not very nice at all) Since we moved in here over two years ago they BOTH have been awesome. If we ever have an issue they are so responsive and nice to deal with. The building is so well managed, it is peaceful and the setting is very clean and well kept. We have never really had a manager that has been so helpful. Things get fixed and or replaced and nothing is ever left undone. Thank you Shawn and Doug. Your residents are very happy.

The heavens have looked down and smiled upon the residents of Pleasant Hill Gardens Apartments. Management has changed and the new manager no longer lives on the premises. The new manager is very easy going and good to deal with. The previous management wouldn’t even let me park a car other than the one i listed in MYOWN parking spot. Since management has changed I have not received a single notice on my door. It is finally a pleasant place to live.

One of the worse experiences renting I have ever encountered. The management feels it is there business to involve themselves in everything you do and bark orders at you like a drill sergeant. They live in the center apartment overlooking everyone one as they have no life of there own. If they feel you did something wrong they put a note on your door even if you are at home. –No toys in the pool, this includes devices to help younger children learn to swim. –No parking for a second car –No guest parking, they will tell you to park on the street which can earn you a ticket –No overnight visitors for more than 10 days(non-consecutive) during your lease contract(They do keep track, even though I don’t tell them when I have a guest) –Management will leave a note on the door explaining there will be no water tomorrow from 9am until whenever…, an earlier warning would of been nicer in case I happen to not leave for the day or notice the note. –Constant construction(They have painted the exterior 3 times now in the past 6 months, which means over-spray on cars and items left on the balcony) –Sprinkler system runs constantly so grass is always muddy, and sidewalks wet. –Management is rude –Management is nosy –Management is invasive –Management is strict –Management are an embarrassment to the human race
