I love this place. I get phở and fresh print rolls almost weekly. I mostly do take out and the food is always ready quickly.

Food is always great here service is fast! Ordered the medium beef phở and the fresh spring rolls and a mango shake. No complaints with ANYTHING! Staff is amazing there is no room for improvement here. This place does not disappoint. There’s always a ton of first responders here so you know the food is great.

Nice location with plenty of other shopping around. The weather is beautiful for an outside meal. The service is friendly and they are hiring if someone need work. The food is yummy!!! Take a trip here, you’ll not be disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times over the years and it’s always been a decent Vietnamese food pick-me-up. I usually order vermicelli bowls, fresh spring rolls and/or their Thai tea, Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk or avocado shake. Ambiance: busy, standard, open seating and casual. Not rundown but not classy either. Prices: standard Quality: a-okay! I’ve never had any complaints here, though I do know they tend to get busy at this location during busier weekend hours and week nights. It’s located in the small Asian strip mall plaza off Contra Costa Blvd. I do notice their staff tends to be a little«preoccupied» and simply just gets your order in and out. Few pleasant workers but most of the times I’ve been here, they seem to be in a rush and don’t bother to converse. Gets the job done. Fine establishment here and consistent eats. Also: loved how they added a Vegetarian section to their menu, as I saw two vermicelli options and spring rolls.

Best Phở in the Pleasant Hill-Martinez-Concord area! The overall service needs improvement though. The staff is not very friendly but they do get your order & food right away. I can pardon the mediocre service because the food is always excellent!

Great customer service. They’re really quick and friendly. Definitely a must-go to anyone looking to eat Vietnamese food nearby.

Bug(90% sure it was a fruit fly) in my food from probably not washing their vegetables. The lady apologized and replaced my food. The guy delivering food to the tables has nail fungus and/or an infection under majority of his finger nails. Super tasty.

This used to be my spot back in high school(10 years ago, wow)! I’m happy to say that the food & drinks still tasted how I always remembered them. The bbq shrimp is still grilled exactly how it used to taste. Yummy. I have to say, although I’ve had better spring rolls & phở broth other places. I’d still come back here repeatedly for their chicken broth & their fresh mango & avocado boba shakes. I think their secret is the fried garlic and ground pork in the soup. The chicken & pork slices add a nice, neutral(less flavor, bland but still great note to the dish) break to the bowl of soup taste palette. Service is cool, the owner remembered me. She’s friendly. Some of the servers can be a little mild with their manners. But overall, food came out quick and no fuss. I just left & want some more mango boba! Mmmm

This is the only restaurant I have listed in my cell phone contacts, if that means anything to you. It’s the best phở place I’ve found throughout the SF Bay Area, and I never miss an opportunity to chomp down on their fresh spring rolls whenever I’m in town.

Food had hair in it. When they took it back, you can tell they just took it out and reserved it. Service was terrible. They kept messing up our order. They couldn’t understand much english when we asked for a coke. They were rude when we asked for things. Never coming here again Go to the one in park and shop near 99 ranch and fry’s. Best one i’ve been to and better service.

I usually go with #19 just basic chicken phở if I’m having phở and it’s delicious make sure to add extra cilantro and basil and jalapeños and onions and sriracha & all that good stuff. They’ve got a mean ass grilled chicken plate too with this sauce that literally smells like BUTT but it tastes so good… hmmmmm

Consistently good food, fresh food and hot food. My favorites are the Phở and pork chop rice plates. Prices are reasonable and service is decent. They also carry the boba drinks here. Ample parking.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant for our dose of Phở. It’s the best I’ve had, and being vegetarian now I can vouch for the vegetable Phở too. Gotta have a good amount of Sriracha in there to add some spice! The only thing that would be a downer is the service, it’s very brisk but when the food comes out so fast and it tastes like it does, I’m really not bothered by it. If I were paying more, I’d expect better service, and a smile. My water is always topped up, and our orders are always taken within minutes of setting aside the menu.

They’re open later than most places around here and the food is pretty darn good. The Phở was excellent and the bun bo kho(beef stew with flat rice noodles) was delicious. Beef was tender but a bit stringy. The spring rolls came out slightly colder than room temp, a dead giveaway that they were premade. Still good! Service… You order, they drop off drinks n food and forget about you. Typical Viet style, not forgivable by any means but I never expect much more. Pay at counter. They’ve tables outside too for warmer days…

Average. I use to live in Vallejo and we have 3 phở restaurants set up exactly like this. They were attentive, timely, and very nice. There’s no reason not to go here. It’s kind of dirty. I saw the ceiling of the kitchen and it needs some work. Regardless, good fast food for cheap.

I echo the comments that most people make. The service here is lousy. It is hard to know if it is a cultural thing or just indifference to their customers. The same people are here all the time. I used to come in here for food, but the cost of it is so high compared the quality of the service. That is a big thing for me. I can and do make Phở at home, and it cost so little. So when I am going to spend money on it at a resturant, treat me like you care. I do still come in here for pearl drinks on a regular basis. Often I have eaten at Moa Korean next door and then pick up a cold beverage to share on the way home. What did I learn today? Taro pearl drinks taste like Cap’n Crunch. The durian pearl drink punched me right in my gag reflex.

Phở Lee Hoa Phat is another phở place that I’m putting in my book of favorites. I ordered #7 small. Which is beef brisket phở. The portion size is filling and only $ 5.95. But I think what won my heart over was their avocado shake. It was so creamy with the right amount of boba. They say you need $ 10 minimum in order to use card, but I was 75 cents shy of that and they still accepted my payment!

Wahhh… Another 3-star visit because of the service(although food was again, very good). The waitress got one drink order wrong(but corrected it), forgot to put in another drink order(had to go up to the counter to ask for it), and got an appetizer wrong(it was not corrected, even after a second trip to the counter). The food came out allll at different times… Two of us got phở, and it came out quickly as phở normally does. Another person in our group got a rice plate that came out maybe 5-ish minutes later, and it wasn’t until a THIRD trip to the counter that the last meal came out(again, for the person who ordered the forgotten drink and the wrong appetizer was brought out for). So… Food was good(which is why they get 3 stars today), but this was probably the worst service I’ve had(which would normally garner the restaurant a 1– or 2-star review, but I know they’re better than this normally).

When we first entered, it was pretty much empty. It took a while for someone to finally come to us and seat us. They gave us a really big table for us at the corner of the room where we were isolated from everyone else. When the food came out, the bowls of phở didn’t look as appetizing as other phở places that I have tried. It just looked like a bowl of soup and their onion was scattered all over the bowl. We also had the egg rolls here. They seemed too oily so it didn’t taste that great but I liked how crunchy the skin was. I don’t think I’d be coming here again.

One of my Goto phở places in concord. Fast service and the workers are very nice ! I ordered the phở tai, tai on the side. The broth was legit. Came here multiple times and it was never a disappointment ! This place is always busy too but they serve their food really quickly ! I am def. coming back here. This place and Vietnam noodle house are my favs in concord. I can’t tell which place I like more; phở-wise !
