I am actually doing this review for the waiter! He was terrific! Attentive, gracious… Talent like that is impossible to train. He was raised that way. Take care of him, Outback!

Delicious food and Excellent service! The Manager — Chris is amazing; he is Very professional and also makes you feel like family. Our server tonight was Tiffany and she did a fantastic job taking care of us; very attentive, friendly and courteous– just what you want in a server. It was an eventful night at the restaurant, the«neighbor» tables were on another level tonight — from screaming kids crawling on he table to a dude trying to break up & make up all in one is what it sounded like lol. But Chris and Tiffany made sure we were okay and taken cared of. What can I say — we enjoyed our dinner and drinks with great entertainment tonight.

So I have been coming here off and on since the mid 1990’s. Remember back when Joe Cwik was the manager, this place was amazing back then. So fast forward to last night. Went in for a dinner with my wife and oldest daughter. Last night home on college break and she wanted some good chicken. My wife ordered the lamb, awesome as always. Daughter ordered the chicken and veggies with loaded mashed potatoes. Chicken was fantastic(not overcooked) mashed potatoes great and the veggies were a bit mushy but not horrible. I was not real hungry and just ordered the cobb salad. Wow, it was really great. The server forgot to turn in the order for the side salad with my wife’s lamb, gracefully apologized and gave us all free dessert! Not a perfect dining experience but pretty great overall. Server was very nice and hostess was awesome. Will go back for sure.

My wife and I have been going to this Outback restaurant for about 12 years. Sadly, our experience last night was a new low for them. We went to the«early bird» around 4 pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was uncrowded(as we prefer it). We were seated at a booth but the seat bottoms of the booth were dirty, filled with crumbs and other food matter. Yuck. There was only one silverware place setting on the table. The waitress was one of the main problems with our experience. She could not have been less interested in being there or serving us. This is a big change from the good old days when great servers like Adam took care of the customer’s every need with a smile and good word. The menus were ripped down the middle and falling apart. When I asked for another, she brought me another that was also ripped down the middle. We ordered drinks and the coconut shrimp appetizer. While it came up pretty quickly, it was overcooked almost to the point of being burned. After I finished my first soft drink, it sat at the edge of the table and I watched our waitress walk by our table 5 times before I had to stop her to request a refill. When the entrees came, there were some more problems. While my Victoria’s filet was fine, my baked potato must have been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time because when I took my first bite, my whole mouth exploded in flames, so to speak. It tasted as if it were 500 degrees! My mouth was burned good. My wife’s baked potato was soggy and barely warm. Go figure. We finished up our meal and departed both vowing not to go back for a GOODLONGTIME. A shame as we both used to love Outback.

Went here for the Bloomin Onion after the Outback Bowl because they had a special on their appetizers if one team won a free appetizer but if the other team won it would be a different appetizer. Had the Seared Peppered Ahi as my main dish even though it was part of the appetizer. It was quiet delicious. I would go again for the two Appetizers that I had.

I have been coming here a lot. We have gone to other locations threw out the country. But in the past 5 years we have been coming to this location and over the last year I have noticed a drastic change in both service and quality. Tonight even our sever was very unfriendly. My filet mignon was ok, I like it more on the rare side, like it should be, but today it was plain rare. I don’t expect the quality to be like it would at an actual steakhouse, but so far I never has a problem getting a simple filet mignon done right. We also had the rack of lambs, that came out bloody and way to rare for lamb. After having it send back to the kitchen twice, it was now way over done and hard to chew the leather meat texture. Meanwhile the manager was trying to tell us that they were not able to get it medium rare after having to take it back, so thats just how it is. He did end up taking the lamb off of the bill, but our nice relaxing diner turned into a stressful experience. Also the attitude of the waitress was getting worse, she was getting very annoyed, thou we never complained to her. I am well aware of the fact that she is not in the i kitchen and is only serving us what has been made. I don’t think I will be coming here anytime soon after 2 times in a row having major problems.

One star for me thinking Outback is good place to get a steak. Outback proves you get what you pay for I have never had such a crappy and horrible Filet Mignon in my life. Why am I reviewing Outback Steak house? I didn’t even say anything to our waitress because what are they going doing to do? Where the hell do they source their meat, god that was terrible, my mouth still tastes awful. Writing a review for Outback is like writing a review for Applebee’s. You’re rolling the dice, you might get some pretty sub par food, but you get what you pay for.

Always a great spot to come. Before deciding to dine here, had to check the amount on my gift card. Alright!!! Let’s do it, I could also tell through out the evening when I was dining here that some of the employees got my sense of humor, and some didn’t. Fortunately I was seated in Christina area, tonight I dined with three people: Me, Myself, and I. We were great company. One question I asked of my server Christina was if the Lunch menu is available for Dinner… the answer… YES!!! Great!!! So… I ordered the Outback burger with cheese and bacon. Then… when my order came, a different server brought it out… I think Jiliian? No Bacon… uh oh. so I notified Christina, and she took care of it right away. I was seated in a booth near the bar area. Since I was thinking I might want to get frozen yogurt,…or what… they have this total super, yummy looking Ginger, caramel cheesecake… Yummy looking!!! I love ginger… So I ordered the total super yummy ginger cheesecake, which happens to be a seasonal item… one major problem. that well… was avoided… so. I told Christina that I will be going to the restroom. and then returning… so. as I walk back to my table… I see… what’s this??? The bus boy is trying to remove my total super yums cheesecake desert. Oh… no!!! So, he obviously understands that I’m not done, but, I have a feeling if my total super yums cheesecake was taken, Christina would have taken care of the problem, because she is a total super fabulous waitress. Thanks for your service Christina, and BTW Outback is closed on Thanksgiving.

I have never been a big fan of Outback Steakhouse, but somehow my family convinced me to give them another try… yea no. I will remind myself next time that if I want a good steak, I mean a REALLY good steak, go to a STEAKHOUSE!!! First issue, We made a reservation the night before for a party of 15. When we arrived the following evening, we were told we did not have a reservation. Um… really? The hostess seemed rather annoyed as if trying to figure out the mistake was such a hassle for her. We ended up speaking to the manager who apologized and worked on cleaning tables to get us situated. As we sat down in the waiting area, our remaining party walked in the door and asked for the reservation. They were told again by the same hostess that there was no reservation under that name. I no longer had an appetite or a desire to be at this restaurant with a staff that is beyond incompetent and just flat out rude. If you don’t want to work at a restaurant, DON’T!!! I cannot stand crappy customer service.

This place was dreadful. First, I went in on Halloween night and so the establishment had a small sign on the front door stating that it would close at 10 pm. I understand that it was a festive evening but I got in at 930 pm and it was frustrating to know that they would casually close early had if I had come in later and relied on the online times. We then chose to sit at the bar because they wanted to seat us in a dark and lonely corner. Mind you, this place is not romantic with their hard wooden booths and so sitting in a corner was eerie. Second, the place is dreadful, cold and boring. Third, the customer service was subpar. We were served by a short dark haired woman. She was unfriendly and didn’t seem to like her job or her patrons. While taking our order she said the Outback Sirloin didnt have much flavor and implicitly suggested I do not order it. I understand that she likes a higher bill because her tip will likely be more, but in my opinion every waitress should have something positive to say about every dish on their menu. Anyway, thereafter she was practically off. She didn’t seem to care at all about what we would order or our dining experience in general. This was especially sad, since their standard entrees can range between $ 15 – 30 and patrons expect more. Fourth, my beau and I ordered the surf and turf, steak and lobster. We were very disappointed in the portion size. I think we got baby lobster tail, which was not indicated on the entrée description. Also, the plates that the steaks were presented on were warm but not warm enough for the meat. Finally, my water was empty and not filled. This wouldn’t normally bother me but since it wasn’t crowded, I think our waitress could have checked in on it and made sure we were set. All in all, this was the last time I will visit this Outback and I have definitely experienced better.

Walked in to order take out and was directed to go towards the back where they took«take out» orders. Gillian, who was helping a customer on the phone turned around and said«I’ll be right with you». I thought that was nice of her to even turned around to greet me. She was very helpful and friendly as this was a last minute unexpected dinner for us. I knew what to order for my son but as for me, I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to eat. She suggested a few items and which ones she really like. I ended up ordering shrimp skewers, lobster tail and the dry wings. But seriously, these 4 stars are for Gillian. The shrimp was tiny! The flavor wasn’t as great. Damn those photos in their menu lie! The lobster tail was good esp the butter that it comes with, I just wish there was more meat.

Our group of five recently dined at Outback for dinner. I started with a glass of wine at the bar, husband had a vodka tonic and my brother-in-law had a KettleOne-something($ 21 total). My parents ordered two appetizers for the table: the blooming onion which was fried perfectly with crispy pieces of delicious onion and a dipping sauce, and the cheese fries, which were a little bit thick and not very crunchy, but surprisingly were still pretty tasty. I ordered the bowl of French onion soup($ 5) and a jumbo crab cake($ 9) for my dinner. Unfortunately, the crab cake was a joke. I literally asked the server if someone had taken a bite out of my crab cake. A piece was missing! And it was so teeny tiny that no pieces should have been missing. Outback is embarrassing themselves with this dish. Rename to simply: «crab cake». Husband’s steak was cooked perfectly — very rare. Dad enjoyed his ribs. And mom and Jon both had the Twowoomba pasta and both enjoyed it. It looked delicious. Service was good — the woman helping us was friendly and attentive. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal.

Have been eating here for years, and only until about the last 6 months, the food quality and prep has significantly declined. There also seems to be a HUGE discrepancy between eating there vs. takeout. We order takeout a lot from restaurants(3 – 4 times a week.) And since they offer the easy«curbside take-a-way,» it seems a no brainer. Unfortunately, this is where the problem lies. When we dine in, the food quality is fine, on takeout, below sub-par. For example: Tonight’s meal we ordered: Alice Springs Chicken Quesadilla: supposed to come with«fresh grilled chicken.» They must be kidding. We got thin, rock hard, dried-out chicken, that was closer to a jerky, and completely inedible. It also didn’t have any mushrooms, and to top it off, was cooked too long on the outside, making the tortilla so dark, it could have passed for blackened. For $ 10 it was a complete waste of money. Outback Special 9oz.: Ordered it medium, came well-done. Would it have been cooked properly if I had been there in person? Me thinks so. The 2 loaves of delicious warm bread that you get in the restaurant, arrived cold and completely rock-hard. Am thinking about using them as a weapon instead. And finally, the extra napkins I requested were in the bag,(which are usually forgotten), but I couldn’t use them, because of the alcohol stains that were splashed all over them. Seriously? This was only the problem with this order. Last takeout order we received old, rotten lettuce in our two salads, no sour cream for our baked potatoes, and burnt coconut on my favorite coconut shrimp. Is it asking too much to have the food cooked as good as it is when we dine in? We are paying the same, and yet not getting the same. Not even close. I have had enough.

It was ok. The service is sad, we walked in to two guys in white shirts standing behind the podium talking and didn’t even acknowledges us until I asked for a table. The food was 50⁄50 the blooming onion came out a undercooked you could taste a lot of raw batter. The steaks were ok but to over priced for the type of quality and quantity they give you, Mainly quality. The beer selection SUCKS! There is nothing good on tap, and when I asked about the local specials like the menu said our waiter said he doesn’t know them. Won’t recommend any time soon.

Rating this Outback 5 Stars because of Rene our Bartender for her awesome Cust Svc skills & Margaritas w/an Orange twist. Not too many Bartenders now a days take the time to shake it well & make each drink special. Go check her out. She didn’t know we were. I do love their Blooming Onions, Fried Mushrooms & Fried Lobster Shrimp Bites.(although the first batch all were too salty for my taste, Rene had them recooked everything w/out question — unfortunately, the Blooming Onions were sliced to thinly… from my understanding coz the onions were too small? Too bad the Kitchen doesn’t have the initiative to work around it nor make their manual adjustment. Thx Bianca for trying to accommodate us.

When you go to a chain restaurant, one really must temper their expectations. Not too high and not too low is a pretty safe bet. I’ve never left here disappointed, but never really been blown away by any experience here either, and the same can be said for other locations as well as this one. When it comes to the main dishes, that’s a positive. Prime rib is lean and so are the steaks, they do a good seasoned pork chop, and their BBQ ribs aren’t bad as well. For Outback diehards, the Drover’s platter of half ribs/half chicken is still available but not on the regular menu, just ask for it. But the sides are disappointing. The steamed broccoli was soggy, and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm and had a lot of skin in them. Even if you get soup as a side get the chicken tortilla, because the French onion tasted like au jus and had a lot of croutons as filler. Service is fine, every chain has their own steps of service and the server followed them without making it sounding like he was reading a script like at most places — his suggestion of the dessert sampler was a good one. I had a gift card this visit, but there was just enough good stuff to make me want to come back without one.

Tough connective tissue throughout my steak! I got the 9oz Outback Special(medium rare) with a side of lobster, and sauteed mushrooms. The serrated knife didn’t even want to saw through it. I had to cut it into the tiniest pieces to eat it and still ended up leaving about 4oz on the plate, impossible to chew. The lobster was also a bit grisselly but that didn’t stop me! Look, this can happen with steak sometimes, but you shouldn’t have to pay. All of this being said, the manager happily offered to take it off my bill which means I’ll be back. Normally they have good steaks, and tonight they made things right by fixing the bill. While their service deserved at least 4 stars, I still have to give it a 2 star rating due to not enjoying my meal. Sorry guys.
