There are two listings for this horrible company!!!
Awful experience! These horrible Mother’s Day flowers were not delivered until 4 days after scheduled! I ordered early to ensure their arrival before Mother’s Day and received no confrontation, the online company I ordered through could not get ahold of the florist. These were sent on Tuesday! They look like a Christmas bouquet and included a lame not saying they were suppose to be delivered on Saturday! Horrible! My mom called and some angry lady with an Asian accent claiming to be the owner was rude to her and hung up on her and had the audacity to say she wasn’t getting paid enough for the bouquet? Excuse me? I spoke to send flowers who stated they would not be doing business with this florist, I suggest the same for everyone! Awful! Awful awful! Flowers are suppose to make you feel Good!!!

If no stars were an option, I would use it here. Based on my recent phone call, this florist believes $ 45 (delivery and taxes not included) for fourteen tulips and two fern leaves stuck in a plain vase, nothing artful or interesting about any of it, is an appropriate price. This is the worst deal in town.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend and selected the «premium» option. I had the opportunity to see the resulting arrangement and I was extremely disappointed. I called the owner and she explained that they followed the guidelines for the number of stems for the deluxe option. The owner was nice but still did nothing to address the fact that I was disappointed. The arrangement was not worth the price I paid and I would not use this florist again.

Bizarre!
I received flowers from this florist… they arrived with the standard plastic card holder. I pulled off my address & behind it was a card from a Life Insurance agent. The card was from a woman in Daily City, printed in Asian. (see photo)
I assumed I received flowers that were meant for someone else, as I have no idea who this agent was. My Mom then called & asked if I had received my flowers. Huh? Upon further inspection, there was also a folded piece behind the address with her message on it.
What a cheesy ass florist to be peddling unrelated business cards for their friends. No thanks.

My son surprised me and came home on Sunday and was surprised at the size of the plant I received. He said what he ordered was nothing like what he ordered. I was shipped a small Azalea instead of a large Azalea. I called and complained. I was told that the cost included the $ 10 delivery charge, and arrangement. I guess putting the plant in a ceramic pot, a little peat moss and pink bow was worth a charge of over $ 45? .if you are sending flowers find a florist in the town where they live, better chance of getting what you ordered or at least compensation if you feel you didn’t get what was paid for.
