I’ve been training with Dana Tabacco a couple times a week for over two years to lose 100 lbs. and improve my quality of life. Dana has creatively and patiently taken me from couldn’t-bend-over-and-tie-my-shoes to living a much healthier lifestyle, with a passion for fitness and endurance cycling events. Along the way Dana has become a life coach and friend, who always has the fitness/nutrition/motivational answers that have helped me build some self-confidence, overcome depression and take on other longstanding issues.
