Used to love this location. But they are now getting extremely skimpy on their meat and guac. Got a burrito here today, barely any meat or guac. Maybe I’ll just make my own burritos at home and forget Chipotle. Less E. coli risk, too.

My advice, order online/thru the app if you can. My gripe about this particular one is the service is slower than many other locations I’ve visited. As for the food, it’s the same thing no matter which location you visit.

Chipotle, my love hate relationship with you continues. I love that you fill my stomach with joy and happiness via a direct infusion of steak burrito bowl. You are unmatched in that. Freebirds, step aside… I’m busy eating chips that are lightly dusted with salt, and covered in lemon juice. That being said, I hate you for what you are, a fast food establishment that recycles employees, and operating techniques. How on one day i get a bowl full of steak, and the next visit I get a single piece of dried up bovine still shocks me! Such is life! I will still come here regularly, haha!

Less and less food. Salsa containers is not even half. If ask them for a little bit of rice and they will fill the ball and they put just half spoon of meet or even salsa.

Chipotle chipotle. Americana sort of. Mexican sort of. Fast food sort off. This isn’t my favorite location to go to purely because of how the parking can be. I mean it’s never complete full where you got to park off near Boston Market or by Safeway and walk over. But no matter what time there always seems to be a significant amount of people. Make your own anything. There’s no fixed burrito or item to find here. The freedom of choice is promoted here. Burritos, quesorittos, quesadillas, tacos, bowls, etc. Chips and salsa, kids meal, chips and guac, soda fountain, alcohol, etc. No free wifi unless you snag some from another store. Don’t come here at around lunch or like three pm. It’s just nuts. Everyone is on their lunch break or had just gotten off of work or school. Too crazy to deal with. Best thing around is their sofritas and their guac. Sofritas are their vegan/vegetarian option. So flavorful and quite filling. The guac has this nice kick to it that really gives like a party in your mouth. Chips and steak can be a bit iffy here. Depends on the day. I’ve dealt with undercooked chips and annoyingly chewy steak here. But when made right, the chips at crunchy and have just the right amount of salt, and the steak is tender. Bunch of tables inside and outside. I like going for this small table that seats two on the side, right by the wall. It’s usually the cleanest table too. Not a fan of burritos. I usually snag two soft corn tacos or make a bowl. Options: Meats: sofritas, barbacoa, steak, chicken Rice: white or brown Cheese: white or cheddar mix Beans: refried, pinto, black Veggies: lettuce or fajitas Salsa: pico(mild), red salsa(medium), corn salsa(mild medium), and green salsa(hot) Sour cream Tortillas: flour, only corn for the tacos

Who doesn’t like Chipotle! I recently tried their CHICKENBURRITOBOWL and it was simply outstanding. Little bowls of heaven if I may call them. The chicken was well cooked with a lot of veggies and I added a dollop of guacamole and sour cream. It’s the kind of dish you seriously become hooked on to after trying it once. The service was prompt and very polite. And it’s value for money. I’m definitely going back for more!

Every single time I eat at this location, the chicken is burnt. Ruins the entire burrito because it’s all I can taste. And they ALWAYS mess up my online orders(wrong salsa, put beans when I ask for none, etc). Just save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

As far as Chipotle restaurants go, this is a great one. Sweet and friendly staff, always pretty clean and functional, and today, because I(happily and by choice) waited all of 3 minutes for more fajita veggies to be prepared, they gave me my chicken burrito(with guac) for free! That’s good customer service! Great people here. Also, I once saw Brandon Crawford eat here with his wife and some friends. So, there’s that. Go Giants.

The food is ok. Unfortunately, there’s plenty of other restaurants in the general vicinity that are much better. The killer is that the employees are not terribly friendly with the exception of the«greeter» lady. If you want good, authentic Mexican, go 5 minutes up the street on Monument. You’ll thank yourself for making the extra trip.

I tried to give this chipotle one more try but no. This is it! I’m done with this location. They’re so stingy, I asked for extra rice and theirs barley any rice. This location is a joke. They are getting worse by the day. My bowl isn’t even half full why did I just spent money here I could have gone anywhere and gotten more food for my buck. 0 Stars if it were possible.

Ugh, this chipotle is more unprofessional than I would expect. I think it’s the experience from observing the reactions with the employees and customers. So this located in a nice area in Pleasant Hill. I feel like the employees are young — possibly even high school student or maybe young college? Anyways, I could tell the customer in front of me knew the person serving her, as if they were really good friends or something. She was taking pictures/recording the guy. When he came to help me, I felt like he was indifferent. It wasn’t good or bad. I just asked for guac and chips. I stood in line forever for it. So at some chipotle, I know you can just go to the front of the register to get it but here, I stood in the long line. Parking here can be crowded and busy, but you’ll find parking. I didn’t really like the vibe and attitudes of the employees — they weren’t necessarily obnixious or anything but it definitely wasn’t good either.

Chipotle was a fall back when i found Jack’s gone.(Urban Plates remodeling here). didn’t know Jack’s Taps also served food. short line, line moved at a reasonable pace. lots of seats available 12ish. eats: chicken bowl(7.10) –brown rice, grilled tender chicken, not burnt, –salsa, sour cream, cheese, corn, lettuce(oops, wasn’t listed, usually skip) passed on quac, soft drinks. –got cup for water take outs: –first time eating @chipotlle, music too loud. –actually was full. afterwards, recent chipotle eats not fulfilling –easy to order when prompted by server, know the routine, made choices while waiting in line. –parking difficult in this commercial center. 3.5 stars. 4 stars for value.(fulfilling)

Go somewhere else if you want chicken or any other topping on your salad or bowl. I got barely a scoop of chicken on my bowl, so I had to order extra chicken for an extra $ 2.30 on my last visit. I received 1 extra scoop of chicken for the money. Tried to order just a side if chicken this visit because I got ripped off again on the chicken they put on my salad, and got charged $ 5.25 for a pathetic scoop of chicken on the side. Funny enough the chicken I received for my $ 5.25 was even less than I got for $ 2.30 last time. This place sucks. Go somewhere else. I even called them out about the pathetic serving and ridiculous cost. They just told me to deal with it. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I am saddened by this review. I have not been to Chipotle for a few months. Tonite we decided to give it a try. I used to frequent this location and never had any complaints. But today the food was just terrible. I got a chicken burrito and not only were the portions much smaller then they were, the chicken is so burnt that every bite has a bitter charred taste to it. My SO got a Barbocoa burrito bowl and the peppers are all burnt. The rice is also very disappointing, there is no flavor of salentro or lime, it just tastes like plain rice. I included a picture of the burnt burrito bowl. We did not recognize any of employees so they must be new. Being new does no excuse serving clearly burnt food. Why Chipotle why?

This place is a joke. I don’t know why I still come here. I guess because it’s open until 10. But every time I come here there is an issue. Tonight’s issue … they didn’t cook enough food so they are out of half their items. And the manager refused to do anything about it. There were 5 people in line ordering and all I heard was«we are out of that». Chipotle has really gone down hill. I won’t be coming back.

This Chipotle sucks. From dropping my chips on the ground then throwing them on the counter to tiny ass portions I’m over it. I get that they try to make the most out of the fact that they charge you extra for guacamole, but the one time I actually got it on my bowl there was so much of it that’s all my bowl tasted like it was disgusting! I learned my lesson the hard way and only get my guacamole on the side. Today, the guy in front of me gets a huge scoop of carnitas and doesn’t get charged extra and then I get a minuscule scoop of chicken and when I ask for more I get charged for double meat. Customer service is seriously lacking here. Eff this location.

My burrito and side of guac tasted like it was left over from last night. I’m pretty sure they’re serving overnight food at this location. I always enjoy Chipotle’s food because of how fresh it tastes. The taste, texture, and seasoning with this meal skewed my perception of Chipotle as a brand. On a side note, the cup of guac(I didn’t finish eating) turned brown in less than two hours after sitting out. Something is clearly off with this location. I went to the location when they opened at 11am today. I’m certain they’re serving left over food from the previous night. There’s no way freshly prepared food(at store opening) tastes this bad.

Seriously do your employees get paid more if they put less food in a bowl? I just got my burrito bowl and there’s a whole space of nothing. And on top of that there’s barely any meat in this. So disappointing

In my experience the Chipotle in Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek have a knack for poor customer service. We ordered $ 40.47 worth of food, only to be told to «cut the burritos yourself» with their provided plastic knives. We requested they be cut in half before completing the order and because of their mistake it became our problem. I never go out of my way to eat here because of the way they treat the people who eat here.
