My sister is a new resident (1 month) at Château PC. It is a caring and inviting environment from the moment you walk in the door. From the Front Desk (Sandra/​Michelle/​Rochelle) Ladies — supremely capable, accommodating and welcoming, to the management staff (Terri/​James/​Krista), to the Maintenance Guys (Brett!), to all the CNAs and support staff, the the amazing Nursing/​Pharmacy staff… They all go the extra 20 miles to make sure loved ones are comfortable, tended to, helped, etc. throughout the day/​night. We are fortunate to be part of this family!

I have first hand experience at this location. I don’t write reviews for places I have worked, but this places deserves a review. I have seen first hand of the incredible care and love this place provides for their residents. The staff is always helpful and there for activities and support.
If my Mother was in need of an environment to call home for memory care… Château at Poet’s Corner would be the place.
