Another of my favorite new locations in PV. Perfect for strolls and just meditating when the world seems to be closing in on you.

Bigger is not necessarily better.
Sunset Park is about the same size as nearby Spyglass Park, meaning small. But I still managed to take more than a dozen photos. Sunset Park is another Playa Vista winner, as far as concept, design, and landscaping.
Sunset Park is dedicated to viewing sunsets. It faces the Ballona Wetlands and has the perfect seating for sunset-​watching. There are lounge chairs (see photos) and even rocker benches… so two people can share a gliding chair.
The best part of this space, imo, are the plants. Their colors are the same as you would see in vivid sunsets, how extremely cool. I lingered to take in the beauty of the bright arrangements of desert-​type plants, and took pics.

To me, every garden is enchanted & inspirational. Some are more beautiful than others, and the little sunset gardens are right up there at the top.
