Kathy Confer is absolutely the best permanent makeup artist anywhere. She made my lips look like a natural watercolor wash. Every aesthetician who has worked on me since says that I have the most natural, beautiful permanent lip cover they have ever seen.
She did my friend’s post breast reconstruction nipple color… which my friend let me see. The 3 dimensionality of the color was so real looking that I thought she had had another surgery to create faux nipples.
