I have been here a lot and never had a bad lunch or breakfast. It’s mostly an order and go kind of place but they do have a few seats inside. Also in the summer you can sit in the Irises patio area(because they have the same ownership) which is really a nice treat! They are known for great cupcakes and true to the name they are delish! If you want to buy quite a few cupcakes you should try to remember to place an order at least a day prior. If you don’t they still have some on site but ordering is definitely the best way to go. Also the service/customer service is absolutely fantastic! I love going here and have never been disappointed.

Good solid lunch place. I’m a fan of their chopped salad. I’ve had some of their soups and they’re very good, although there’s only one option each day. Their sandwiches seem big and filling, with interesting options, but I haven’t really strayed from their salads and cupcakes because they’re so good. It can be a little pricey for lunch, but for a place you can call in an order and have good quality food, hard to find downtown.

I want to like this place, but I really can’t. My boyfriend and I went for here for lunch recently; he ordered the Trinity sandwich and I ordered the Royal. They were both okay, but $ 7 or $ 8 for a small sandwich served with no sides whatsoever on a paper plate is insane. The cupcakes are overpriced and aren’t any better than cupcakes from Sam’s or Walmart. The only good thing about this place is the avocado biscuit, which is amazing, but only served at breakfast time.

First visit! We ordered Chopped Salad w/Honey Dijon Vinaigrette and the American House & Club Eighteen Sandwiches. Everything was fresh and tasty with a nice portion size and price. We also got a Caramel Dream Iced Coffee and Lavender Honey and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes. Coffee… better than a recent Starbucks trip and the cupcakes were flavorful and moist. Lavender Honey was such a yummy combination! Can’t wait to visit again!

On Friday we were in Plattsburgh around lunch, google and Unilocal had pointed us to Crêpe and Quiche but at that address there was no such restaurant. Comparing Plattsburgh with Burlington you realize you are hard pressed to find a decent lunch place. We saw Delish which seemed like a bakery and sandwich shop in the downtown area. It is but don’t expect What you would find around the Burlington area. I ordered a quiche Lorraine and a cappuccino, my husband ordered a crust less quiche, fish chowder and a latte. We each got a desert size paper plate with our quiche? Not a piece of green, no fruit… the quality and taste was good. Both drinks were lousy tasted like warmed over watery milk, no coffee. We each had a cupcake, which was handed to us across the counter, not on the little paper plate or a napkin!

Cute bakery and café in the downtown area! I love their breakfast sandwiches on their homemade biscuits! Cupcakes are always yummy! I have tried a bunch of different kinds of their sandwiches and have always thought they were good. The atmosphere is very adorable and quaint.

First off go Irises for taking Plattsburgh to the next level with a classy and more upscale bakery selection. However, you should try a little harder. Cupcakes are good, but not phenomenal, and very expensive for what and how much you get. The cupcakes are good, and you can bet your bottom you’re not going to find anything near that quality elsewhere in Plattsburgh. But I feel a bit cheated in that Delish knows this, and is consequently not tying as well as overcharging. The shop itself is very cute though, and inviting. Unfortunately the menu selection is not too broad for foor or beverages, which would be a smart marketing move for Delish to expand on.

We visited Plattsburgh(hubby’s hometown, my college town) and was pleasantly surprised to see a bakery had opened in the heart of downtown, right below one of our first apartments we ever lived in together. The bakery is owned by Irises, one of the nicer restaurants in town… so my expectations were high. They absolutely exceeded those expectations with their delicious cupcake offerings… so much so we went back the next day for round two! I mentioned it to a few people that we were visiting and each person’s response was exactly the same…“OHMYGOD, ISN’T ITFABULOUS??” We were unable to try the café food, but I’ve heard everything they offer is top notch. Yay for Plattsburgh! If only this place was around when we lived right upstairs!
