lets just say i give this company a thumbs up!!! i called this company a week before i needed my house to be clean for a party. they were very professional and prompt on the phone. they even called back three days before to confirm again which was excellent! they arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. i left my house to run some errands when i got back they were just about finished with the cleaning wow i was so impressed and excited! i have hired many cleaning companies before in the area and i have to say they cannot compete with xcel i never seen anything like this in my life my house looked as if i just purchased a brand new home off the market. i highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed it is totally worth it. i now have xcel as my weekly cleaners and they do a good job just like the first time.

I called this company on May 7 to scheduled an appointment on May 8 for someone to come out to give an estimate. We had a one hour window. At the end of that window time, I called to say nobody showed up. The person who answered the phone and who scheduled my appointment (Serg) said, «Oh, I thought that was for next week.» Just goes to show the work ethic of this company that they are not even capable of keeping an appointment for potential new business. NEXT!!!
