I skip the nails at this place however they do a great job in waxing my eyebrows. I come here very 3 weeks and my browser always look clean and on point. There’s 2 different girls that do them and they do them right

I have been going there for over a year now. I usually ask for Vi … But I’ve had Kevin and Danny and have been happy with all of them. They are all very friendly and professional. Always happy with my nails!

If you get your nails done by Danny or Amy they will do a great job. Jessica or anyone else I cannot vouch for. If you make an appointment there is not guarantee they will take you on time. Jessica attempted to do a French gel manicure for me today and I could not be more displeased. I had her fix problems that I was able to catch during the original painting before I went under the UV light but by the time she was done it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I’m not the professional, I should not have to inspect every nail that is being done during the entire manicure. My French is crooked, uneven, some nails haven’t been painted all the way on the edges of my nails. I am so displeased but I did not want to make a scene since they were so busy. I will not be returning apart from tomorrow when I go back to get everything redone at no cost.

If I could do zero stars I would I came in the day before the 4^th or July asking for a gel manicure. With the salon closing at 7:30 and it being 6:45 I knew it might be a gamble but the people said they would accommodate me and that it would be no problem. I can’t believe it but I didn’t leave until 9:30 everyone was treating me as if I was wrong for being there at that time. So anyway the very next day my gel began to chip To the point that on some nails it was completely gone. When I went back the following day they told me it was my fault because I came in late !! WTF, I asked for my money back because why would I trust them again? And they forced me to call the police there is no sign that says no refund yet the refuse to give me my money back. I’m sitting here right now writing this review waiting for the police smh …

Nice place to get a quick mani pedi and if they’re not busy they’ll do both at the same time in the greatest massage chair

I have never been treated so horribly and ridiculed in front of the few customers.
Last Friday I went for a pedicure. The staff sat me in the chair, had my feet soaking in the water, and I was left alone for 15 minutes. I finally asked if anyone was going to help me and they said“enjoy your free massage”. I continued to sit in the pedicure chair and another 10 minutes went by. I asked again is someone going to help me. I do not know if it was the owner or one of the employees that said «Just leave». He then started to put me down in front of the other customers.
I was really embarassed as I picked up my feet out of the water and left. I guess they do not realize the importance of treating the customer with respect and courtesy
