Comprehensive Neurobehavioral Institute

I hate to have to update this to a lower star rating for the sake of my experience with the OFFICE.
Dr. Ross is still awesome and I will continue to highly recommend him to people. However, getting to him requires getting through red tape and his staff. I have been seeing him since September, and in November scheduled a 3 – 4 month Followup for March. I had he receptionist write the appointment down on a card for me, and seeing as I didn’t have a 2015 datebook yet, I was relying on the reminder call. I subsequently lost the appointment card before I could write it down but expected a confirmation call. I didn’t get one. I only got a call telling me I had missed my appointment. I then apologized, explained, and rescheduled.
Come today, the rescheduled appointment. In retrospect I got no confirmation AGAIN. I get down to the office and there is nobody there and the door is locked. Why would someone either make me an appointment for when the office is closed or close without informing someone? I’m really frustrated now because Dr. Ross is a great doctor but I don’t feel like a priority. I might be looking for a new practice.
