I have been wearing glasses for 20 years and up until recently never cared for how they looked on me. I was then introduced to Luigi at ²⁰⁄₂₀. I had heard about the store from friends In Florida so I reached out via Internet.
I sent Luigi a picture of myself and a copy of my prescription and he was able to offer me a number of options. I told him I trusted his judgement as to what would look good on me and I placed my order. It took just a couple of days for them to craft my glasses and ship them to new York. These are the best glasses I’ve owner, they are durable, stylish, and I love how they look on me. Overpriced and horribly unethical business. Put 2 lens in my elderly mom’s glasses when only one lens was prescribed by Doctor, but then charged her for both. He acknowledged that the mistake was his, and gave her a small discount, but when compared with the cost of the one lens in other shops, it was still over $ 100 more than it should have been. The real kicker was that he threatened her — an elderly person with dementia — said he’d take her to a collection agency if she wouldn’t pay up, upsetting her terribly. Do not do business with him, and if you do, make him give you a detailed bill for what you will be charged for, BEFORE you order any glasses. No telling what he will charge you for after.
