When I walked in the store I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody even attempted to help me they had a nice selection of juice in isolation of hardware but on their site it says that they have good customer service and I don’t think that’s true

I went in to buy a vape for my 21 year old son. We had bought some CBD oil from a vape store in North Richland Hills to see how it worked with his asthma.
The guy that helped me was really nice and patient with all my questions and non-​knowledge. He sold me a vape that had cool filters so it didn’t irritate my son’s lungs (it didn’t btw).
I was surprised at how inexpensive the vape was and when I got home, I checked the reviews. It had great reviews.
The guy could have sold me a much more expensive one but he sold me what we needed.
Thumbs up for customer service and a great stock of a lot of vape related stuff!

Great selection, as well as great customer service! My hubby & I make our own vapor juice, so we don’t really care for their brand of juice. But, they always seem to have the mods, tanks, coils, etc that a lot of the other shops are sold out of.

Not a bad vapor store. The employees are fairly knowledgable and they are all friendly and helpful. The shop is kinda small, but it’s OK. Lots of eJuice flavors but they are all store brand. That’s my main complaint.

got an early realease of the AUTHENTIC Tug Boat Texas edition (RDA) today and i already love it. This store has the best staff and awesome products at awesome good prices compared to other shops ive seen. They are very knowledgeable and work with your price range and preferences. I 100% reccomend this shop to anyone looking for a good vape shop with a staff thats not going to try to sell you anything you don’t want and prices that you can easily afford.

Best vapor shop I’ve been to in the Dallas area so far. Their selection is fantastic and they always seem to be right on top of all of the latest improved equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful and they make a ton of really great custom flavors in house when you order, best selection I have found. Pricing seems to be about average or even below on some things.

i love the customer service here ! they have a great selection of flavors and its fairly priced compared to other vape stores i have been too. My fave flavors are Lana’s Melons (watermelon menthol) and Bui & grettle (like gingerbread house sprinkled with cinnamon) !
i would go back just for their great customer service and friendly atmosphere !

Great shop with fantastic customer service. Good selection of ejuice and a continually expanding flavor catalog — I would guess they have more than 50 flavors today. They also have a good selection of beginner friendly ecigs that are far better then the cig shaped devices that you see in the mall kiosks but aren’t as intimidating as some of the more advanced (and expensive) mods out there today.
