I visit this location more than my closest location at Firewheel. The ladies are always helpful. Today I visited to redeem two free panty cards, my secret reward from a previous purchase ($ 10) and my $ 10 birthday reward. They had several $ 30 specials going on so I knew my out of pocket would be low. Kat allowed me to try on several items and offered to help in choosing additional styles to avoid having to leave the dressing room. I walked out with three items for $ 10 combining all rewards. What an awesome experience and many thanks to the helpful sales associates.

One of the few bright spots in an otherwise depressing Colin Creek Mall. It’s not the smallest Victoria’s Secret I’ve ever seen, but it is definitely not the typical size you see in most shopping centers nowadays. Despite the size, selection is pretty good. If you need to make a quick stop, then you should be able to find what you’re looking for… but if you are in a shopping mood and want a large selection, try a larger location, say Galleria or NorthPark. Customer service is great, very helpful and friendly.

I mean I couldn’t tell you left from right in this store but the only reason why I choose the write a review about this place is because of the customer service I received when I was in here. Like I said, I don’t know anything walking in here but when I sales rep can help you find exactly what you were thinking of this a company is doing something right.
