I absolutely love UMedSpa. Carol is so sweet and patient. She asked me about my main concerns and talked to me about all my options. Kate and the front desk are precious! I’m an Esthetician and we don’t provide injections where I work. I refer all my clients who are interested in having fillers/​Botox to Carol.

I’ve been here a handful of times for facials. The facials are incredibly effective & have helped to clear my skin. Lindsey, is a great aesthetician, and has given me incredible facials that have been ultra relaxing and beneficial in treating my skin. She has helped me select quality skincare products to replace my existing skincare regimen. I highly recommend the salon!

So I checked for spas in my area with lipomassage and endermologie. Found this one. Called and was told about a special they had for 10 treatments for $ 500. Arrived at the facility to check it out for myself, was really NOT greeted until the ladies finished their conversation behind the counter. It was more of a, «Yes, can I help you»? I told them I wanted to ask about the services they offered. They stared at one another, but one young lady did get up and offer me pamphlets of the services. I said I’m interested in the lipomassage. One young lady immediately says we don’t do massages… I said yes I called and you do have lipomassage. She says, «oh I thought you wanted a massage».. I hate when people cut you off and don’t know what they’re talking about. I decided to ignore the sub par customer service so far and proceed with my mission. So I asked about the special someone told me about over the phone a week ago. They immediately said there was no special like that ever. I said, «Hmmm…» And proceeded to the door to leave. No one said Thank You, Sorry, Can we offer you another service… nothing. I walked out the door and then checked my phone for the website. Found the special! Went back in and said, «Is your website up-​to-​date? It’s on your website.» The young girl said, «No, it’s not on there». I then tried to show her on my phone and she said, «Oh you’re talking about a promotion we’ll have in December». I said, «No, it says fall special.» She then asked to see.. She said that was October, mind you it’s November 4^th. So I said, «So last week when I called there was a special. Last week was October. The special is over now.» The young girl said, «Yeah». I walked out the door once again. This is not only sad but pissed me off since this is the closest spa offering the service I need, but they certainly didn’t seem to want my business while other customers came in and was greeted heartedly. I felt like they thought I was LOST or something… like I didn’t belong in their spa. Too bad. I’ll continue to drive to downtown Dallas where I feel like a valued customer. Would NOT recommend. SMDH

I’ve seen Sarah and Alena, both were great. They won’t perform services just for kicks, if you sign up for a service that they don’t think will work for your skin, they’ll tell you and then recommend something else — and it’s not an up-​sell. They have a membership that’s a great deal if you get more than one spa treatment a month on a regular basis.

I’ve been going to this spa for a few years and the customer service has gone downhill over the last 4 months. The front desk staff — especially Chandler — has a terrible attitude. The manager — believe her name is Kate — is arrogant and shouldn’t be in this position if she isn’t going to get back to her customers. I would have recommended this place a while back but would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere if you’re wanting to be treated with dignity and respect.

I love going to U Med Spa and receiving treatments. I am of different ethnicity and was also told that because of my background the lasers have a high risk of burning me because the laser picks up the pigment quicker. They thoroughly explained it to me and do not do it bc they are «racist» or don’t want to, they are simply safe unlike other places who take the risk. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for honest people who know what they are doing to treat you.

For some odd reason Carol the owner will not work on you if you are not «white». I am mixed race she asked right off the bat. She told me I was not a good candidate for Laser because of my mixed ethnicity and skin color. I lived in Beverly Hills prior to moving here and NEVER had this problem. My best friend sells the Fraxel laser so I immediately called her and she could not believe she said this too me. I left confused and insulted. With that said I will make sure to spread my experience.

I went to Umed Spa for the first time to get dysport injections. I chose UMed Spa after reading positive reviews on Unilocal and Google. This is the first time I’ve ever had this type of procedure done and I was a bit nervous since I’m a newby at this kind of stuff, but the staff was friendly and knowlegeble, and made me feel completely comfortable. I was given clear information on what to expect before and after the procedure. Carol did the injections. She spent plenty of time with me explaining what she was going to do and what to expect during and after the procedure, and she gave me plenty of time to ask questions. The procedure went well and was less painful than I had expected. Before I left, I have to honestly say that I was expecting to have the staff members try to upsell me products, but I was happy to find that this never happened. Instead I got an unexpected friendly hug from Carol. The store looked very clean and the staff was professional and courteous. I have a free follow up appointment in two weeks since this is my first time to have injections and I’m looking forward to being a regular client here. I would definitely recommend UMed Spa for botox/​dysport injuctions.

This spa is owned by Carol Robinson and let me say, she is absolutely amazing. First of all, what a lovely person she is. The staff at UMed is extremely friendly, professional and accomodating, too. I tend to give high star ratings, but I’d frickin’ give her a hundred stars if I could.
I’m no stranger to Botox and Juvederm injections (Oops, did I just write that?) Carol is an artist and expertly does these. I had someone wonderful I went to in the past when I lived out of state, but have to say Carol is the very best I’ve ever been to.
I also had a scar on my cheek that really had me very upset and self conscious. It’s something that affects your confidence and outlook in a huge way. She corrected it and had more knowledge and skill than the dermatologist and plastic surgeon I had seen. The correction didn’t happen overnight. Not from laser treatments (though they do offer those) or other costly procedures, but through her skill with a needle and syringe of Juvederm– which cost me way less. The process took time, healing, patience and a series of appointments. I wholeheartedly agree with the other poster who said her professional judgement, concern and determination to get it looking right are what make her so outstanding. She goes well above and beyond anyone in her field.
I call her my Fairy Godmother. And I mean it. I am so happy with my results, I was almost crying. Thank you so much, Carol! You have no idea how much you did for me.

Carol and her team are just wonderful. They are so nice, so accomodating and so good! I had received a shoddy lip injection from a spa in OKC that left my lip deformed with a huge and very noticeable bump. Carol examined it and was sure she could fix it without reversing the ‘good’ part of the injections. It took two trips but she did it! I am so happy with her professional judgement and concern to get it right even though it wasn’t her shoddy job that deformed my lip. Thanks UMed Spa and Carol!
