Ultimate Dental Care

Went back today to get a temporary crown put on my previously done root canal. I just had to come back and update to say that I’m still very happy with my treatment over at Ultimate Dental Care. I warned them that I was having some post-​nasal drip which causes me to swallow and they said they’d take their time.
And sure enough, nothing was rushed. I was in the chair for about 2 hours and was listening to the conversation going on. Everything was explained and was often asked if I was ok. I’m wondering if dentists are trained to understand people who have 3 gadgets sticking out of their mouth when they talk! :)
Once I started to feel some pain I let them know and got a top up on the anesthetic, so was not uncomfortable at any point.
Everyone from the front office to the dental assistants are very friendly and professional. I see no reason to take my beautiful smile elsewhere :)

I’ve been going to Dr To since 2006. I’ve been to several different dentists in my life and I’ve come across some questionable, shady dentists who only wanted to make money and didn’t care about what it took.
I have to say that Dr To is the kindest, ethical and honest dentist I’ve ever dealt with and I feel very lucky to find such a dentist. She’s very knowledgeable and very competent of what she practices. Her staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Each time I visit their office, I feel very welcome and even when I’m not in a good mood, it lifts my mood with their positivity. I will recommend this dental office to everyone in the area.

I’ve had many Dentists in the past but no come close to Dr. Xuan at Ultimate Dental Care in Plano, TX, I can’t say enough about Dr. Xuan To and her Staff… they’re the best in the industry! They’re not only kind, friendly, gentle, and caring but they love what they do. I always free so relaxed and comfortable when Dr. To or one of her staff members worked on me. It’s a fun and pain free environment!
One definition of a professional is having or showing a skill, good judgement, and polite behavior expected from a person who is trained to do a job well. Dr. To and staff exemplify this quality. On a scale of one to ten, I give Ultimate Dental Care a ten!
I had a tooth extracted yesterday afternoon, that evening Dr. To called to checked on me and she does this all the time with her patients. Dr. To always take her time to work on you not like other Dentists would rush through just to get the job done.
