Ridiculous price for so-so work. Had to have her work fixed by someone competent afterward. She didn’t like my earlier review, so I’ll respond to her allegations. 1. Never have had plastic surgery on my lips, or anywhere nearby. Ever. And Renee was my very first tattoo of any kind, anywhere.(Should have waited.). She said something about my work being«botched» by someone else and having consulted many, many professionals before deciding on her. Total fabrication. Not sure what part of her very fertile imagination this came from. None of it is true. 2. Price sheet(shown to us before work was done) showed one fee but I was charged TWICE that amount when completed. $ 750 for lips seemed high, but when I was hit with a bill of $ 1,500 after work was completed … Wow. If I hadn’t already been in pain, that could have caused a coronary. The fee sheet must have meant $ 750PERLIP. Had I been quoted accurate fee of $ 1,500 over the phone, on consent sheet, or at ANYTIME prior to procedure being done, I would not have walked out — I WOULDHAVERUN. FAHFAHWAY. 3. She attacks folks who dare question or criticize her work FORANYREASON.(See her response to previous reviews for examples!) 4. Her«Before and After» notebook in waiting area shows consistent Groucho Marx eyebrows in the After pics! Big and black and hilarious. 5. Info regarding her having been fired for inadequate work dated from before she opened her own facility. Duh. From VERY reliable source. 6. Continuous upselling while she’s got needles in your face is beyond unprofessional. Never stops pushing for more and more procedures, or even slows down. Give it a rest — if the work is good, it will sell itself. 7. Had to have Renee’s work CORRECTED afterward by a very well-known professional in Arlington. Wish I’d gone to the second place to begin with! DM is an absolute pro. Renee Cao, not so much. Phony, insincere hustler. Shop around. You can do better. In Arlington, for instance.

I went to Renee hopeing to get my eyebrows done evenly I had hair missing in one eyebrow so I wanted to fix that. I had seen alot of reviews on Renee and decided to give her a shot. I went to her scared, I had never gotten a tattoo before, she ashured me that I was in good hands. Once the proceedure was over I was happy because it was a bit painful, I looked in the mirror afterwards and found my eyebrows to be uneven and too far apart I spoke to he rand her husband Felix because he is her receptionist and I said does this look right to you? Ofcourse he lied and said it looks natural upon weeks later that went by I saw that the eyebrows hadnt still looked even so I called Felix many times and he ashured me that they were going to settle and look even on my face. That didnt happen I soon went back to Renee for a touch up which I brought my daughter with me, she told Renee that it was done wrong and that she should fix it. Renee got loud and angrey at the fact that someone had the nerve to suggest that she had done it wrong! She tried to blame me by saying that we had an agreement and that she did them according to what I had showed her but what she really did was see them the way that she felt they should look and went from there. Once she did the touch up she still did them wrong one eyebrow is thicker then the other at the time I didnt see it because I have a vision impairment and really just wanted to get out of her shop the tension was crazy in there. I would never go to Renee again she cost $ 750.00 in total and I still have to draw on my own eyebrows just like I did before I went to her. She was a waste of time and money and she will argue with you about what she knows that she clearly did wrong?
