Of all the many years that I have been with Sprint I have absolutely had it. I have had Sprint services and my same number for the past 12 years. I bought the LG bluetooth back in January of this year. The sales guy swore that if it broke or messed up within a year of me purchasing it it would be replaced. My scrubbs caught the left earbuds and pulled it pulling out the wires. I took the bluetooth in for a replacement and was told that I couldn’t get a replacement because the wires were pulled out just a little to much. If it was just a little less then it could have been replaced so I was denied a replacement. I could careless about the replacement of the bluetooth but now it’s the principle and the reasoning on why they will not replace it. Needless to say, THAT’S IT! I pay my bill on time each and every month and if this is the service that I get for a simple bluetooth then I’m over it. TEAMOVERIT.COM **BTW…That one star is because I had to!!! Not by choice.**

As a 10+ year Sprint customer who has been to a dozen or more Sprint stores, I can say without reservation that this is the BEST one I have ever been to. I’ve been in 3 times to help a friend establish a new line of service, upgrade my own line, and get support on a device. Pierre, Jessie, and Ulysses have all gone above and beyond on my visits to help make the experience a positive one. These guys clearly care about their customers and it shows.
