We went through Debi DuBord to purchase her home as she was the listing agent and the home owner. We had a 7 day option contract and backed out before it expired because of foundation issues in the house. She is a now refusing to give us our $ 3500 Earnest money back and saying we did not have an option contract even though it is in our contract! She declined the idea of direct deposit to her account for the $ 200 option check. She wanted it mailed out to her home address (and now I know why!). She did not cash the $ 200 check that was mailed to her. She is a liar and a thief. We will have to get a lawyer for this awful experience with Debi DuBord. I hope this lady gets her license revoked.
