Ruba is fantastic! Her enthusiasm and joy in doing her work is evident from the moment I met her.
Her clients handle the paper work up front, on her web site, so it is easy to book and to pay for each session. There’s also a number of forms to fill out for each new client, giving Ruba a better idea who each client is prior to their arriving — not many therapists are as thorough. Her web site is highly user friendly! Ruba also teaches at a massage school, so she knows what protocols are correct and appropriate.
Everything is handled up front so the client can let go and relax into the massage, not worrying about having to handle paying for services rendered or booking another appointment after the session, breaking the spell of their peaceful /​relaxed alpha state (no one wants to think about business after a massage)! Ruba’s rates are also most reasonable — and she gives as much time as she feels each person needs. Rare to find these days.
Ruba is an exceptional massuese, and tunes into her client’s needs with ease, with an innate ability to read the body’s needs and then goes to work releasing all those stuck places. She also has a deeply spiritual side that comes through in her conversations (if you like to talk during massage), or you can just lie down and go to sleep (half way through, I usually do!) She is a magnificent story teller, with a wealth of experience in many modalities of healing.
And, her therapy room is like a little caccoon — wonderful music, scents, art, and the most soothing warm heated blanket (perfect for these cold nights). I feel safe and nurtured and peaceful in her presence, and in turn my body can let go and heal. It is a joy to work with her!
I consider myself blessed having Ruba as my massage therapist!

I am so relieved that I found out about Ruba!!! Here are the reasons why I am giving her business 5 stars, other than obviously being one of the best massages I’ve ever received:
–Super easy to book online — AND pay for your services ahead of time. This makes your massage appointment that much more stress-​free.
–She charges a flat rate for massage, and doesn’t rush. Appointments range from 60 – 120 minutes depending on what your body needs.
–Ruba takes her time and really listens to your body in order to give you the type of massage you need. Some areas may need more of a deep-​tissue, while other areas may only need lighter pressure.
–I have been on pain medicine for the past 2 weeks for neck-​pain. My neck pain was gone when I woke up the morning after receiving my massage.
Overall, I enjoyed everything about my massage. The music was great, I was completely relaxed, and I will absolutely be coming back!
