So, i bought a used Kawasaki Vulcan and took it to the workshop for oil-change and basic checkup to ensure the bike was safe to drive. I was charged $ 131 for oil change and basic checkup. I requested them to put up my new license plate and they did so by cutting off the LED lamp that illuminates the license plate. When i requested them to put it back, i was asked to pay $ 42.5 for no fault of mine. Bob at the service station counter simply turned his back on me. Terrible first experience.

I have a 2014 Kawasaki Concours which uses a FOB for the security system and also has an emergency FOB. I managed to lose the emergency FOB so call a few weeks ago and had them order me another one. I finally went in today to have it programmed. To make a long story short Kevin found the FOB I had lost in my pannier. The parts department could not return the FOB so I purchased it. Then the dealership management refunded my money and said they would keep it in stock. It was a very nice gesture and something the obviously didn’t have to do. If you are looking for a Kawi or Suzuki visit them, you will have a good experience.

Service after the sale… So to follow up on my Jet-ski purchase, one of them was getting moisture in the display unit. Called AJ up and Bob, the service manager assured me they would not«fail» in the middle of the lake. Stopped by on my way to Ray Hubbard, and they got all the information and looked at it, ordered the part, then I took them back in once the part was here. Being new to Jet-skis, I asked AJ to have her guys look them over to make sure I wasn’t doing anything stupid. She calls me up later that week to tell me the tires are wearing uneven and need to be «aligned». She sent the trailer out to the trailer shop, and had a new axle and 2BRANDNEWTIRES put on!!! She even got me a spare, so I wouldn’t have issues in the future. AWESOME customer service from my extended family at Plano Kawasaki Suzuki!

I went to this dealership today looking to buy a 50cc 4 wheeler for my grandson who is 5 and will be six shortly and was also going to buy 2 other 4 wheelers for my wife and I, I had Cash in Hand for all 3ATV’s, The salesman Tom came out and ask how old my Grandson was I stated 5 and he(Tom) got very rude and said I have nothing for you and walked inside, not caring about anything else or when my Grandson would be Six(which is the recommended age for the 50cc 4 wheeler). I hope he works on commission because he just screwed him self out of 3 Cash sales Today. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere, were there not so rude, I went to another North Texas dealership and picked out our ATV’s and left a hefty deposit, they will be ready for pickup on Tuesday. What a great experience at the competition, Tom thanks for being so rude and pissing me off, best thing you ever done for me. Maybe you will think twice before being so rude and judge mental next time.

I have been shopping Hayabusas and bought one, but NOT from plano Kawi Suz. The sales lady pulled all the scare tactics trying to get me to buy from them. I kept hearing«those other guys are dishonest» talking bad about another dealership, this and that. I ended up buying from the«other» dealer for $ 1,100 less! The sales lady also indicated the price was not negotiable, and they aren’t making any money on it, and that they are letting me have it for what they have in it, which is bs. And they only make money on financing, which I didn’t need anyway. Plus they figure in a $ 500 «dealership» fee. Beware. Now the positives. Plano Kawi does have a good selection of helmets and accessories and prices ARE negotiable(that department only). I bought a nice riding jacket and love it.

I bought a used 07 Burgman from PKS in 2009 and my great service experience has been why I continue to use them. While I don’t expect same day service, every job I’ve taken in for them has been done well and warrantied when needed. My latest job, a combo CVT belt/coolant swap and other needs was taken care of and the scooter runs as new. I trust Bob as their Service Manager and he makes good on his word. That to me is worth my business and my money.

I have been a Kawasaki enthusiast since 1998, I have always used manufacturer service repair shops on all of my bikes. After my experience with Plano Kawasaki, I will never go back there again! I took my bike there on May 17th, and it took 2 weeks to change a tire, install stator cover and battery. They charged me an additional $ 85.00 for an estimate in addition to charging me an hourly rate for the repairs and parts they did. When I called to check on the bike. I would be given excuses of… oh we got slammed with the holiday(But my bike was in there prior to the holiday) or we haven’t got to it just yet. When I questioned about the $ 85.00 estimate, Bob the service manager says… «they work on commission so we always charge that»!!! Never mind the fact I spent over $ 500.00 for service. It’s a shame, because I’ve been a devout consumer for Kawi. But I will never recommend anyone go there.

Best purchasing experience of any vehicle I have EVER owned. Attentive, knowledgeable, but knew when to give space. Freely gave information with no high pressure sales. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my experience!

No appointment needed — lies! Called the night before to make an appointment for service on my bike. Was informed that I don’t need an appointment, come on in and we’ll take care of it while you wait. Head down there and I’m told it would be a three hour wait. What a joke, never going back to this place.

I dropped off a tire to be patched at 12pm. Said it would be done within 2 hours. I came back shortly before 6pm, 6 hours later, and the tire still hadn’t been touched, and I received no call to let me know it had been delayed. It’s now 24hours later and the tire is still not ready.
