Park One Properties

I rented a 6 bedroom home from this company for two years. After the first renewal, nothing was done as promised. Such as, removing the carpet from the bathrooms. This was a breeding area for mold and the carpet smelled like urine. The previous tenants had dogs and the urine smell was evident, all they did was put in several wall plug ins. Once we notified park one we will not renew for a third year. They then decided to make changes. The only reason this was done is because there is a lot of houses in that area for rent, so there is a lot of competition. Finally, after moving we had the carpet professionally cleaned, 1 ½ months later they asked me to reclean the carpet. They charged me for not cleaning the house. Even though it was professional cleaned. Park One didn’t want to refund my full deposit even after I fulfilled my lease agreement.
