We went into have my sons arm examined. Because we had a digital copy of our insurance card and not the actual paper copy so they wouldn’t accept us. We had to leave. Warning! This group will not take anything from a website or app. They will only accept old school paper copy insurance cards.

When my husband came here, the doctor was late arriving to the clinic so he had to wait. Then the doctor was condescending, acting as if my husband were some kind of idiot. We’re intelligent mature people who know more about our bodies than most people and we often have to explain to doctors what’s necessary.
Today, we sat outside from 7:30 am, their opening time, until 8:00. Nobody showed. We’re done with this place.

Went in for some lower back pain and the front staff was courteous and friendly.
The wait was very short and the facility is clean, contemporary, and comforting.
The doctor who saw me was completely concerned about my situation, and I was out within the hour.
I highly recommend coming here for any urgent care needs.
