Omega Masonry

I was referred to Omega Masonry to fix some cracks in our two door entryway steps. They told us they could fix the cracks and make it look like new and we hired them to do the work. They completed the repairs but it did not look like new rather it was clearly a «patch» repair. Further, they did not advise us that the repair may only be temporary. Three months later the cracks re-​appeared and the steps looked the same as previous but worse due to the patch work appearance. I contacted Omega to fix the problem and they told me they could not unless they REBUILT the entire steps for both entryways at my expense. They also made it clear to me that they due not warranty their work. I asked them to refund all or a portion of my money given less than three months after the repair it was a complete failure but they refused.
Obviously the performance of their repair work was very disappointing but their terrible customer service response was an affront. To make matters worse I found at later that the repair work could be done using a different method that would provide a much better appearance and last considerably longer at a cheaper price. Omega never advised us of the alternative method, but they were happy to take our $ 2,300 for their poor work and terrible customer service.
I would not recommend Omega to anyone looking for masonry work due to my experience.
