The foods we ordered were really good ! — Pad kee mow, Thai pepper steak and Thai orange chicken. Chicken fried rice was mediocre. Their interior decors made us feel like we’re in Thailand. Server was nice and attentive.

Love the interior décor! Such an authentic Thai and kind of hippie vibe going on. Way more and cooler décor than any other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Now onto the food… my friends and I got the basil fried rice, pad kee mow, and Thai pepper steak. 2 of those had 3 peppers by it indicating the spice level, but if you can usually handle spicy, don’t be scared away by that, it wasn’t anything over the top. And that’s how I like it because I want to be able to enjoy my food! The rice and the noodles were both really good typical Thai dishes, but I have to say, I think the Thai pepper steak was my favorite surprisingly. I think it was because of the sauce that it was cooked in. The sauce was so good I even put it on my rice to add that kick of flavor. Pricing here was really good too. I split those 3 dishes and a large soup with 3 other friends and I think our split cost came out to be around $ 13.

Whoever they have answering the phone needs to learn how to do it. Took 4 attempts to get through and place our order. Then it took almost an hour for our food to be delivered. That’s when we discovered that the name isn’t the only thing that has changed about this place. First thing that was wrong was the lack of spice. We asked for spice level 3(out of 4). What we got was barely a 1. I ordered my favorite Thai dish, pad kee mao. I’ve never had a bad plate of it until this experience. First, it was WAY too oily. Second, there were very few vegetables, and most of it was LETTUCE. Weird. Third, they must have cooked the basil leaves with the noodles instead of tossing them in at the last minute because I couldn’t chew them. Ended up picking them all out. Finally, some of the noodles were dry/chewy and stuck together in big lumps. Even the spring rolls weren’t very good. Wish we hadn’t ordered extra. Too bad, because they are the only local Thai place I know of that delivers. Also the only one I know of that has bataba on the menu. Guess I won’t be having that again for some time.

So this WAS our favorite thai place to eat for the past 2 – 3 years and we placed an order today for dinner. We received the wrong order this evening. The lady on the phone when we called to report the miscommunication first said they didnt have what we ordered on the menu, WHAT?! I ordered OFFYOURMENU!!! And then we were not informed of this when we originally called… wow. The food that came was incredibly spicy and I cant do food like that. The food went in the trash and I went to go get food elsewhere, so I paid for dinner twice. Not happy. I cant believe our favorite place has disappointed us; time to look for a new great thai place.

This is second time we have had food delivery from this restaurant. The delivery has been quick but the food is not good. We eat Thai food at least twice weekly. Today’s food had a burned smell. My Wife almost always eats Pad thai, but she couldn’t eat what we received today.

Great food, great prices, large portions. Excellent Pad Kee Mow. The Pad Woon Sen was delicious. Chicken coconut soup was as good as it gets. Service at lunch was friendly and prompt. Thanks, Unilocal

I stopped in today and placed a to go order. My intention was just to get tum yum goong but there’s a $ 10 cc minimum so I also got the vegetarian spring rolls. The ambiance was warming and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The soup had a great flavor. It would have liked it more if it had more vegetables. By the time I ate the vegetables I had over half bowl of broth left. The spring rolls were flavorful however I only ate 1 because the 2nd one I bit into had 2 small pieces of plastic in it. I will try this restaurant again as the main entrees looked and smelled delicious.

I’ve been going here 3 times so I think that’s worthy of writing a review, right? Such good food and great people working there! I picked a bad time to meet my cousin for lunch today because there was a large party(I mean, they took up half the restaurant) so service was a bit slow. Food was still fantastic. I love their noodles and Thai basil fried rice!

Different name, same food… Nothing has changed, thank goodness! Been coming to this same location for more than 8+ years and owner still remembers our order all this time! Loves it!!!

The food made my tummy super happy! We had the crab fried rice, one of the curries(I can’t remember which one), the garlic fried fish, and the papaya salad. I loooooove spicy food and they make it definitely spicy enough for me. Everything we had tasted AMAZING. I definitely recommend getting the crab fried rice or the garlic fried fish. I’m pretty sure I think about those two dishes at least once a day — THAT’S how good it is. I really like the cozy small feeling that the restaurant had too — it’s definitely one of those hole in the wall gems you can’t find anywhere else. We came during dinner and the service was as you would expect for a dinner rush. If you’re a Thai food fan, or a fan of spicy food, this definitely should be a stop for you!

My favorite Thai place! I haven’t found any better Thai restaurant than here. Panang curry with chicken is the best. You can adjust the spiciness. I always get it level 3. Pad Thai, Pad See Eew, and Thai tea are also very good.

I will preface this review by saying that we stopped in for a to go order on a Saturday night at 15 minutes until they closed. We ordered the corn patties appetizer and the dinner portion tofu green curry. When the waitress immediately brought the check it the order was wrong, so I had to tell her so she could let the kitchen know. She did immediately and my order was correct in the end. Once we got home, my heart sank in disappointment at the look of the corn patties. They were really burned and had burned a hole right through the styrofoam to go container. They didn’t taste horrible, but I couldn’t complain too much since I ordered them right near closing time. Lesson learned. The green curry, however, was amazing! The best I’ve had in the area! It was spicy and creamy, and my mouth was super happy!!! Really made my disappointment in the the corn patties become overshadowed. I don’t live anywhere near here but I work nearby and will totally be coming back!!! Yum to the oh! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the burnt corn patties and the waitress getting my order wrong in the first place.

The food here is amazing! I have been a customer at Jasmine Thai for years — and even though the name changed to Nam Thai, the food is exactly the same if not better. I was told that the same owner from Jasmine Thai is still behind the scenes at the newly named restaurant. It was just as I have had been eating for years — thank goodness! The Chicken Spring Rolls are excellent, Thai House Salad a fave of mine, and the Thai Pepper Steak is a traditional favorite. Pad Thai superb and the Curry Fried Rice is perfect. I get delivery at least once or twice a week and they do a great job at delivery also. Sometimes the staff is a bit hard to understand on the phone, but no big deal. They are super sweet and very patient. All of the homemade sauces and dressings are so delicious. Fair pricing and good portions. I don’t get lunch there often — but went recently and it was the perfect amount for a good price. Thanks Nam-Thai!

This tiny little place is a hidden gem… I was introduced to it by my vegan friend and I just can’t get enough of it now. I, myself am not vegan so the possibilities are endless for me but the papaya salad a thai red curry with chicken are my go to’s…the staff is great. takeout is quick. they deliver if you like but if you want to dine out the best part is it is byob… they will bring you a wine glass to accommodate you… it’s a must try…
