I’ve been waiting 10 minutes before someone actually got to making my smoothie. After the guy from the back saw how many tickets were stacked up because he wasn’t paying attention he said «oh shit»
It’s been 12 minutes since and still no smoothie and now I’ll be late back from lunch. I hope this smoothie is worth it

I’m sorry, but this place is so dirty. I went about 2yrs ago and my feet were sticking to the floor. I was thinking it might just be what they mopped with. Went back a couple weeks later and it was the same way. I decided I wasn’t going to go back after that. Well it’s been 2yrs and I just went back. Oh my gosh the floors were so gross! Feet sticking, dirty shoe prints everywhere and the bathroom… I can’t even comment. I will never go back. If this is what the customer areas look like I can’t imagine how gross and unsanitary their prep areas are. It’s sad that this is in such a nice shopping area with upscale shopping and a beautiful environment. Very disappointed

I love the smoothies here! Only knock I would say is that it takes longer than usual about 10mins or more average so if you are in hurry make sure you have plenty of time.

I love Jamba Juice and love this location even more. I am not too keen on it being in such a busy urban area but then again, all Jamba’s seem to be I guess now that I think about it.
Location at the shopping strip is convenient and has a turn in right off Legacy and is in the very front. My favorite part is the nice and courteous staff. They are very friendly and helpful and not in a fake way that some employees who work with the public can be.
The smell of fresh oranges when you walk is to die for and my favorite associate is Karmandy (spelling) she makes the best Bananna Berry smoothie I have ever had!
Thank you «K» for being such a nice and positive ambassador for customer service at your employer, they should be honored to have you on their team.

I love Jamba Juice and the quality of the drinks here are fine, but I find this location to be a bit dumpy — you can see into a kitchen that doesn’t look very clean, the wait is longer than normal, and the seating options aren’t very nice.
Didn’t stop me from going a bunch of times whenever I needed a smoothie, though.

Service was good around lunch time. There were three of them there to help out. It wasn’t too busy around lunch time but it was nice to see it was nicely staffed.
Like their new menu. It’s nicely organized. I just come in for the protein berry shake. I was happy to see that they finally added whey and not soy to their smoothies.

Jamba Juice smoothies are awesome! There are several flavors that I like but «Strawberry Surf Rider» is my favorite. Jamba smoothies are absolutely the best thing I have ever tasted that’s actually good for you.
The young staff is always friendly and energetic, which is always helpful to get you going in the mornings. I try to have some cash on hand when visiting so that I can put a few bucks in the tip jar.
My only issue with Jamba is that they need to open up more locations up north (Frisco, Little Elm, The Colony)! At the least, they should have a location in Stonebriar Mall.

I usually love this place, but today, 1÷27÷15, my friend and I walked up at 8:30 and the store was completely dark. We saw the 2 associates locking up. The place did not close until 9, so we were pretty upset to say the least. There was no sign saying they were closing early or anything. They are probably going to get paid their full time too. It’s a shame this location seems to not value that a customer who comes in a little late is still a customer.

Slowest service ever. I come to this location because it is so close to my house but it takes about 20 min to get a drink even when I’m the only person they are serving. Still love Jamba Juice… just got to find a new location with better service.

Against my better judgement I went back into this location to get a couple smoothies. The service was surprisingly worse than last time. Not only are there a bunch of young girls fighting with each other in the back but I could hear them cursing at each other. Then they walk out front and not one of them is in uniform, I guess they aren’t employees. They also had long hair and no hair nets, how unsanitary. Where is management? Everyone here has a bad attitude and the blenders look filthy. What is going on with this location? This is definitely not up to code or up to par with the shops of legacy reputation.

2 ladies in front of me finished their drinks and sweet waffle while I was still waiting for my juice that apparently takes longer to make?!? Yea okay so you finish making smoothies for the 2 gentlemen that came in separately after me first? Sorry I may not be vocal in your store but REALLY GENIUS?!? Common courtesy or common customer service at that is to take care of customers as they come basis. 12 – 15 mins to grind a couple pieces of fruits. I ordered the 12 oz citrus kicker which only filled up my cup ¾ the way. Any slower buddy you would be going backwards. Ugh

Well if I’m feeling lazy in the smoothie making department I will definitely come here! That doesn’t happen too often since I make a pretty mean coconut almond milk banana smoothie. Buut there have been times where I’m in the Plano area and I have a hankering. I like the option to get the smaller version of the fruit smoothies and one of my favorites is definitely the Caribbean Passion. Perfect for a hot summer day! And after a long run. Hits the spot.

This place used to have this one smoothie called yumberry a few years back. It was the best smoothie I’ve ever had and like everything food/​drink related I fall in love with, they just take it away forever.
This drink was something else– tasted like a drink version of a fruit roll-​up– so refreshing and tangy at the same time. I’ve asked numerous times for it hoping that a seasoned Jamba vet could whip one up– I’ve lost hope though.
I pray that one day Jamba Juice brings this amazing smoothie back– it is to die for!

They have revived themselves!!! The smoothies taste amazing again! My smoothie has been consistently good the past couple of times I have come to this location. There are tons of new items on the menu. Jamba Juice will be a part of my routine again :)

I stopped going here for a while when I craved froyo but I’ve been back on a smoothie kick this year. They have some new flavors, yay. Glad to see the health add-​ins back to the forefront. I always liked doing the energy or vitamin C additions. I agree with some other commenters that consistency can vary but a bit of ice chunks or too much liquid doesn’t bother me the few times it happens. The staff are generally upbeat and quick. The only problem I’ve had since day 1 is the loudness. I realize the blender noise can’t be overcome but maybe some better outside seating would help. I usually take a stroll down the shopfronts and circle the pond. But look at how many of the restaurants and bars have better patio seating in the Legacy shops. It’s nearly impossible to stick around JJ and just have a convo with a friend. Too loud inside… poor seating outside.

I tried the fruits & veggies smoothie, specifically the Apples n Greens. It was surprisingly delicious, even with the addition of kale! I never knew kale could taste so good, thanks to all the fruits in the smoothie :) It was refreshing and filling and I could definitely drink a whole gallon of this. Hopefully their other smoothies are just as good — can’t wait to try them all!

I swung by here one morning for some of their oatmeal (one of my favorite breakfast items EVER) and was glad to see this Jamba Juice inside a very beautiful strip mall area near the DNT. I always grab the banana oatmeal (steel cut oats, bananas, small amount of brown sugar). It definitely didn’t dissapoint and I was able to grab a wheat grass shot, with an orange wedge chaser, since I’ve been feeling the allergy monster creeping in.
Not only did I leave with a warm, happy tummy but I also felt like I had done the right thing by taking the wheatgrass shot.
Beautiful store, nice staff, and yummy healthy options. What else could you want?
