Great place! Quick service, a little pricey but beautiful roses, my wife loved them! Called them around 2 pm asked if they could get the roses there by 5 pm and they said yes, turned out they were delivered by 4 pm so that was perfect

Huge home run by InBloom Plano manager Brittany. After calling four florists who couldn’t help, Brittany jumped through hoops to pull together a custom baby’s breath wreath for our daughter’s hospital door. It was perfect and arrived at the hospital within four hours. Amazed nurses from all over the hospital came by to see it, asking who’d made it. Well done, Brittany! Many thanks.

EPIC Fail!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, well actually NO SERVICE!!!
Ordered flowers for the sanctuary for the FUNERAL of a family member – a SISTER!!! First question I asked was «By placing this order on Monday morning, will you be able to deliver the order to the the sancturary of the specified (local) church for the service THIS Wednesday moring?» I also carefully clarified all details! Answer…“Oh yes mam, that is not a problem at all, and we make deliveries there all the time. ” Again to clarify, I said… «And you are sure… since this is a family member I just need to know you can make this committment…» Answer «ABSOLUTLEY…no problem.» YEP, you guessed it… The arrangement WAS NOT DELIVERED… When I called at my first opportunity after the funeral, was ultimately told…“Well it appears it was an error on our end, and we will refund your credit card charge.” It was just very… oh ooops, sorry about that. When I had called my credit card company to give them a heads up that I would be disputing this charge, they were MORE SYMPATHETIC than THIS florist. We are absolutley heart broken over this, and you cannot get that moment back, leaving us to look as though we couldn’t be bothered with honoring a sister with flowers at her funeral. DISGUSTING… and the IRONY. while you are on Hold when on the phone with them… this recorded message says something to the effect…“we don’t just make the arrangement look good, we make you look good.” What a joke! I would use ANYONE but these people!!!

I’m also surprised by the negative reviews… I live in California and my girlfriend lives in Plano. I’ve been using (Coit) In Bloom Flowers for nearly a year now and they have been WONDERFUL in creating the MOST PERFECT flower arrangements they deliver to my girlfriend. I can order online or call; either method works just fine. I’ve been having them include a set of scented candles with each order, and she LOVES the candles too!!! Many thanks to In Bloom Flowers for brightening her day with every flower delivery!!!

I needed some flowers for my wedding and the gentleman at the desk (owner maybe?) was so very helpful with picking out what I needed and how much to all work under budget. I was very pleased with the flowers and was amazed by how long they lasted. He even gave me a few hints on how to help the gladiolus bloom more and how to best hang them for better presentation durning the ceremony. I would definitely recommend this place for any flower needs :)

Ordered a white freesia boutonnière earlier this week. Went to pick it up today for my daughters homecoming. Some redunkle looking flower they substituted because they didn’t have it. Said they called… Sure they did.

What a great place! Instead of my usual outing to the grocer for my wife’s birthday flowers, I tried In Bloom. The staff was attentive and promptly assembled a custom fresh bouquet for about the same I would have paid at the grocer ($ 20). Thanks Shannon!

I have ordered flowers from In Bloom’s Plano location many times for my wife. They deliver to her work and she is always so impressed with how great the bouquets look. I just ordered two dozen roses from them for our 20^th Anniversary and they were absolutely incredible! The biggest, longest stem roses I have ever seen in my life! My wife said they were the talk of the office and literally everyone at her work came by to see them. They all said they had never seen anything like them. I was especially amazed that they were that large and impressive for the amount I paid for them. I expected some basic red long stem roses. These far exceeded my expectations and made my wife incredibly happy!

I’m shocked to see the negative reviews… perhaps Lee was at another store nearby? (Make sure you go to In Bloom next to the dollar theater.)
I’ve used In Bloom several times, and find them always VERY helpful. (There’s also usually only 3 people in the store, so I think Lee was somewhere else.) In fact, last time I was in, I wanted something a little different at the end of the day and the lady doing arrangements stopped what she was doing to come offer me some ideas and said she could do it next!
The might cost a little more, but they use nicer flowers. Definitely not cheap flowers, and definitely worth it!
I’ll keep going back.

Went in for flowers… 5 employees there, 3 hanging out at a table doing nothing, another 2 in back talking.
I asked girl for 2 corsages she walked me to cooler and had one, i said ok i will take it can you make me another single flower. I will come back and pick it up.
Meantime i asked the price of the single flower corsage (nothing special) she has no idea and goes to back to ask the other two in back how much. Comes back and tells me 14.00… I gulped but agreed she then informed me that they are not making anymore corsages (mind you its only 2pm) (store full of employees doing nothing) i said look i just need a single flower with anything and i can come pick it up later.
Once again she has to go back and ask manager (geez would the mgr. come out already) and says no we wont do it, we are done for the day.
I ask to speak to mgr. she comes out acting perturbed I wanted to speak to her and sternly says «no we cant make it» and walks back to the back?
For the price of the corsages, alot more customer service is in order and why be open on sat if you cant make anything let alone have 5 employees doing nothing. I guess this florist has plenty of business but they will not ever get mine!

These folks made a custom arrangement for me. It was expensive ($ 80 or so.). It looked like a grocery store $ 14.99 arrangement. The arrangement was in their catalog and stated the size of the arrangement.
What I got was less than half the size listed.
I complained; they apologize and gave me another arrangement. I thought okay & used them again. Big mistake — same cheapo arrangement. Plus they used inexpensive flowers.
It seems like these folks are in the business of delivering far LESS
than you expect.
Big prices — small arrangements. Find a reputable florist.
