I truly apologize Aubrey E. but the time and days conflict when you deal with a tenant. I’ve tried on two different days and one time tenant called back 1hr later and said they are there now after I left the area. Willing to try again but we need to get days that will work for both.

Frank seemed reliable at first but has proven otherwise.
Doesnt return phone calls and doesnt show up when he says he will.

Frank was terrific. Had floating shelves to be installed and did a great job. He was on time, cleaned up after the job and was reasonably priced. I will definitely call on Frank in the future.

Very polite, asked necessary questions and quickly completed the job. We had him install a new reverse osmosis water system and repair an outdoor outlet. Will definitely use his services again!

He did the ceiling for our company, installed safety bars, bathroom hardware and painted and he did such an excellent job. Later, I called him to repair my home ceiling and put in new lighting in my kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. I can’t wait for him to remodel my guest restroom.
