Amazing!!! He’s on the corner of Parker/​Custer by the Dollar Tree… portion sizes are great and the price is worth it!!! No more Dickies and no more Spring Creek… Dynamite is the BEST!!! My son finished the brisket before we made it to 15^th street, so we picked up drinks from Sonic and went back to get more brisket and ribs. Great guy.great food!!!

Don’s brisket was awesome and the sauce was pretty darn good too!!! The pound was a pound and a quarter and everything tasted great!

Saw Mr. Ford in Plano and picked up some of best bbq I’ve had in years! Great personality and outstanding food. Definitely plan on ordering here again.

I have to add another 5 star review. Dynamite Donald has it all. Charisma to spare, a way with meat, and a portable smoker. Combine all those and you’ve got some dynamite parking lot BBQ!
He says its $ 16/​pound for brisket but he knows his stuff. I got to pick my cuts and he weighed it at over a pound and a quarter, then threw in some of the best chicken I’ve ever had.
My kids are calling it «meat candy» and $ 20 has us full with leftovers for days. One kid said Dickey’s should fire everyone and just hire this guy.

I agree with Katy B. and Steve T. today (Sat, June 11,2016). I was driving to go to a drive through and saw the smoker with a bunch of people standing around. I stopped and waiting in line with 3 other people in front of me. Dynamite Donald gave me a sample (like he does to
all his customers) and it was so moist.
I got a half pound of brisket for $ 10.00 and he even gave me a quarter more. I got his rib special for $ 12 and it was great. I had $ 25 and asked if I could get something else for $ 3 and he threw in a quarter chicken thigh and some brisket.
You can not beat the taste. My wife saw me staring at her rib and said sorry, she is not sharing.
Dynamite Donald makes his own sauce too.
He is parked across the street from Subway, corner of Custer and Parker in Plano this weekend. He told me if you come by tomorrow (Sunday), he will have boudin too along with
his brisket, ribs, chicken and sausage.
If I had to say something on the minus side, I tasted a bit more garlic salt to my taste. It was fine for my wife.
Don’t hesitate to check out where Dynamite Donald is at. Worth the drive.

The flavor is good and the customer service is superb but the brisket was just not tender. I had to put it in the oven a few minutes. I wish I could give a 5 star but as a trained chef I just wouldn’t be telling the truth. The ribs and the sausage were great.

Glad we saw Don set up in Murphy — right in the parking lot near the rail road tracks, down the street from Kroger. We had the brisket and got a taste of the smoked sausage. Delicious! He’s a great guy out there making some great food. Highly recommend making a stop if you see Don and his truck!

Finally met Mr Ford today, after always only getting to smell his smoker. Bbq chopped beef sandwich is best I’ve had. Like Mr Ford says, ‘I’m part of the solution, not the problem’! If you find him, get lunch from him. You won’t be disappointed! Nice to meet you today finally!

Best brisket and spicy sausage I’ve ever had. very nice friendly man. Well worth the money. My husband and I couldn’t stop eating.

This Gentelman has the best Bar B Que Around, he takes pride in his food and he is very nice and will Hook You Up withe BEST Brisket any where. The Spicy Sausage is the Bomb, you ever see him make sure and stop you will not be Disappointed!

Met the owner at Winco supermarket and he was buying a bunch of briskets. I jointly said you having a BBQ and he told me about his shop — so we decided to try it out. Glad we did. His brisket is outstanding — good smoke ring and flavorful. He also had homemade sausage which is both very unusual and also very tasty. He is only here on weekends, but he is well worth the stop.

Great BBQ! Donnie and his BBQ will definitely have you coming back for more. Even my parents who visited from Bosnia (and who don’t like to eat out) loved his BBQ.

So good!!! Donnie is a true character! A joy to talk to! He is so friendly and a master with his smoker. I bought some boudin for my husband and he said it was the best he ever had! The brisket was amazing and he threw in a chicken leg, glad he did because it too was awesome and will get that next time too. He was out of ribs, must be as good as the rest, I got to Jacobs around 4:30 and he was sold out! I will for sure go back! He said if the Cowboys don’t start winning he will start cooking on Sunday’s lol!

Excellent Texas BBQ — definitely the best restaurant in Murphy area… best BBQ you’ll find anywhere around. Always service with a smile and makes me laugh every time I head over. I still can’t believe one of my favorite places to eat comes from parking lot at the liquor store next door — Love this place!

A guy, a truck, and a smoker on a trailer in the parking lot of Jacobs liquor store, and it’s incredible.
He’s been there for around six months, maybe more — Thursday, Friday, Saturday only. After noticing his loyal following I finally hit it up.
It’s really good — the brisket, the sausage, have not had the ribs, but others rave about it. He also smokes boudin, and it’s the only boudin I’ve ever liked. Noticing some pecan next to the smoker, I asked him about the wood he uses. He also uses black walnut — asked him where he gets black walnut, he says he walks for it — welcome to northeast Texas
