The store manager who works here in the day shift is very nice and helpful. The staff is great and very coupon friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I only give it 2 star because I miss the old manager, he was there for a while way before this guy Josh. The last manager was always smiling and greeting customers every time they walked in. I went there twice this past week and Josh was unhelpful both times. He made me seem like asking him a question was an inconvenience. No smile, and just plain rude.
Then, I went to the Cvs on Los Rios and got AWESOME service!

This is a 24 hour pharmacy
that alone generates a four star rating from my perspective when I went there I had a prescription for a high fever
they promptly tended to it
It was my first visit they cleared my insurance quickly very well done if you’re in the area this is the place to go

This location is always extremely understaffed. If you call in your prescription, it’s still not done 4 hours later, no matter if they tell you it’s supposed to be ready in one. Sadly, this has happened to me 4 times as of today. I’ve always preferred cvs over their major competitor across the street, but after the 4th strike in as many months, time to move on.

Went to pick up a prescription. Waited about 15 min. before anyone acknowledged me. After the lady finally said something to me (i.e., «wait a sec»), she made me wait another 10 min.
During this time, other pharmacy employees were throwing trash (straight out of the trash can) and laughing with each other.
And, they gave me the WRONG medication.

I’ve gone to this store for years now and have never had a service problem once. I’ve never met employees that were rude. I have always been treated kindly and am in and out of there very fast.

Unfortunately, I am sitting here in my car with my toddler who has strep at 9:30pm waiting on his prescription. I stood there while they checked out 4 people before they even acknowledged my presence and there were three people back there. Finally, when they got around to looking at me, it took the guy 10 minutes to determine if we had been there before and to put in our information after figuring out that we had not. After 20 minutes, they waved a stack of prescriptions at me and said that it’d be at least 30 minutes. Fantastic!

I’ve only been in here a few times since I moved last month but they seem to be a little slow compared to the store that was my home for 3+ years. Haven’t had to have a prescription filled yet, but will update this review when I do.
