last year, I used them for a termite control issue. The gentleman who was the owner, I believe, applied the treatment. He s professional and courteous. I was also told that I needed to follow up the warranty with an inspection a year later. Yesterday I had the inspection. It consisted of a rep walking through my home and outside, which took about 8 minutes. I wa then presented a bill for $ 156. I asked what he was going to apply. He said… «Oh, it’s just a visual. The treatment we put down lasts a good 7 – 10 years.» I paid $ 156 for someone to walk around my house??? Never use them again.
