So I went in with my mother today for the Nonday sale that all the stores were advertising. What brought my mom in was a flyer her co worker(stylist) showed her for a developer product on sale for an amazing price! My mom wanted to buy a few, and she only showed up to Armstrong specifically for this product. When we went to the register, the employee completely refused to honor this deal because it was from another Armstrong location. She went on to tell us how they are a franchise, and have different owners. I understand this, but as a business you should price match a deal that is being offered by your sister store, especially if its on a flyer! If I were to go to a dealership, and they have a special for a car, and another franchise doesn’t, they would defiantly honor the special. You are a business, and you will lose clientele by not honoring this ethical principle. We will take our business elsewhere, where they honor their customer service. I will make sure to pass on this story to all the stylists we know.

I went in yesterday to grab a Paul Mitchell Neuro Grip blow dryer, but they didn’t have any in stock. I spoke with the store manager, Alma and she went out of her way to call another store, pick it up for me the next day and bring it back to her store even though she wasn’t working. I finally got my Neuro Grip blow dryer and couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Alma!
