Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. We have been looking for new Chinese takeaway since the closing of out old standby, Iron Wok. Well, we found it. I was going to take away one star, because the fortune cookies and crispy noodles were a little stale. But everything else was so good I put it back. Everything was delicious, reasonably priced and as good or better than the old place. We now have a new Chinese Takeout place and couldn’t be happier.

I will admit I have never eaten here… I just tried to place an order for delivery, which I understand it was kind of last minute of their work day, but was just completely talked to like an idiot. If you didn’t want to take the order just say sorry we’re closed. Don’t be rude and disrespectful just because you’re tired… I just hope they understand that it’s not what you say but how you say it in the future

Worst food I have ever had! Terrible service and food was cold. I would give you 0 stars if I could

We order three entrees and three side items. All food was bland and didn’t have good flavor. Lettuce wraps were hot and lettuce was not fresh. Bad experience. They also did not honor coupon on menu.

I ordered delivery from this place a long time ago, and I didn’t enjoy it. And I completely forgot about that experience and dined in today. The Szechuan pork here is the sweetest one I have ever tried in my life. I don’t feel good after eating it, especially because of the meat. I guess I am never going to this place again.

It is not expensive and it is not qualify. It arrived quickly but the problem was that all the food seemed, to be honest, similar to what you buy in the Frozen food section at your grocery store. I will spend a bit more next time and get some quality food. Price is good if your hungry and don’t wanna spend go for it, but it is not the good stuff.

Food was ok. They charge for everything even sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. I got the shrimp lettuce wraps, and the shrimp was diced so small, you almost couldn’t find them. I am sure it totaled two small shrimp. Was killing time while waiting on my car. Definitely won’t go back. Save your money and go to Jimmy Johns next door.

Wow 25 min to delivery, thank you. Nothing can beat this awesome meal. The $ 19,952 person special is a great deal.

Today I dropped in to pick up «to go» lunch … I got steamed dumplings, and wonton soup, and 1 egg roll … Best dumplings I’ve had in a long time!

Good fast food place. It’s fast food in the sense that Steak and Shake is fast food. I will be using this review to state my own opinions of this hole in wall place, and to kind of comment on other people’s. Food here is inexpensive, and they give you a lot. Sometimes the food tastes bland, sometimes it’s very salty. I think there’s a good selection of American-Chinese crap and the genuine dishes, and they all make it quickly. It’s not a real Michelin worthy restaurant. Let me make one point clear, the phrases«Chinese food» and«healthy» do not go in the same sentence together. You looking for healthy food, go to Central Market and eat some celery. You might also get sick or whatever. I’ve personally never gotten food poisoning from here, but I assume if you did, then you have one hell of a pussy digestive system. Life is too short not to have food poisoning. There’s only one dude and one delivery driver(I’ve seen) working here pretty much, so it does take a while to get food or whatever. Some stated the rice here was bland. Of course it’s goddamn bland, you’re supposed to eat it with the other shit you ordered. Do you eat bread or spaghetti by itself? 10⁄10 — IGN

My what a big wonton you have! I ordered the wonton soup and I’ve never seen such a mega-chewy wonton. The broth was beef instead of chicken and was flavorless. Lunch portion of garlic chicken was ok but not great. Served with what I think was supposed to be fried rice but I’m not sure. Egg roll was crispy and hot but just stuffed with cabbage. I left hungry because I wanted to get out of this place ASAP. Lots of other better options in Plano.

Not very impressed. For starters, we ordered delivery, and the food took an hour and a half to arrive. I also had to spend a good 5 minutes teaching the driver how to use the keypad at the guardhouse, over his insistence that the«system» was too complicated(you literally scroll down to my last name and dial the number next to it) and I should come drive to the gate to get my food. By the time it got here, the food was barely even warm, and nothing was that flavorful. We got the dinner special for 2 for $ 19.95, which sounded like a pretty good deal and might have been if I had cared for the dishes we got. The soups somehow managed to be super bland, even with chives floating in them, and they got one of them wrong(I was really excited for egg drop, but I ended up with vegetable soup). I got the mu shu pork, which was mostly vegetables and had a sauce on it unlike any other mu shu dish I’ve ever had — it was kind of bizarrely sweet and watery. I rarely use extra hoisin sauce on my mu shu, but I used the whole container, along with some I still had in the fridge from the last couple times I ordered phở. Once it was covered in hoisin, the dish became a lot more palatable. And I couldn’t be 100% sure, but the pancakes that come with the mu shu looked and smelled like flour tortillas instead of the rice crepes I typically get elsewhere. I try to stay away from wheat as much as possible, so I just had the entrée with rice instead. My dad had the kung pao shrimp which he said were disappointing because they weren’t at all spicy, and they were really skimpy with the shrimp. The saving grace were the egg rolls. They were nice and crispy and not too greasy. Definitely not going to be ordering from here again. Even though it wasn’t that expensive, I doubt I’ll ever be in the mood to wait 90 minutes for mediocre, lukewarm food again.

I ordered Pad Thai which was very good it wasn’t to spicy as some places make them really spicy. I also ordered wonton soup and some fortune cookies which were really good actually. I am surprised though the orders don’t come with at least one fortune cookie.

I’ve been putting up with this restaurant for awhile now due to the fact they are one of the few Chinese food places that deliver, but not anymore. Their food is tasteless. Almost everything is fried, and past the point of recognition of it’s original form(try the sweet and sour pork, you’ll get 95% fried breading and 5% …meat*). The straw on top is my fiancé has ordered the same thing from them every time(chicken and broccoli) and every time, we specifically request the broccoli be cooked as tender as they can(she has very sensitive teeth) and every time and especially today, it was as hard as if it came directly out of the freezer. They barely speak English and don’t understand you when you make a simple request such as «please cook the broccoli well done» or «no water chestnuts». Ordering from this place will be an exercise in frustration and only end in disappointment and diarrhea, possibly heart problems. I’ll never be ordering from this restaurant again and I highly caution anybody who is thinking of doing so. They get one star because the delivery guy is a very genial and friendly man.

The delivery was fast and the driver was courteous. The crab rangoons were tasty. The cashew chicken was fresh and veggies were fresh too. But… the Mongolian beef looked weird and smelled spoiled, so I didn’t want to risk trying it. I chunked it. Wasted food is just sad.

I used to order from this place a lot but lately they have been bad with food that smell spoiled. I order some Singapore rice vermicelli and when I ate it, got sick over night. I thought it was just something else, so the following week ordered the same thing and had the same experience. I recommend you be careful with what you order here… smell the food. If you can smell that spoiled food odor even slightly, don’t eat it. It happened twice to me. I will not go here anymore.

Alright, so for almost a week I have had this serious craving for crab rangoon that I seriously could not shake. So I decided to bite the bullet and get some. I did some Unilocal searching for chinese spots in my mom’s ‘hood and came about this gem. It’s basically a hole in the wall joint in an older part of the Plano area. I ordered some rangoons and mixed vegetables that came out to about $ 10. Not too bad for a chinese dinner. Plus it’s BYOB but IMO not really a spot where you want to sit down and go eat, more like pick up and go. The food is legit though and very fresh. I highly recommend for takeout.
