Port Washington, NY
RSNS was one of the reasons we moved to Port Washington after we left the city almost twelve years ago. The synagogue has a warm, down-​to-​earth, socially-​conscious vibe.
My kids loved the nursery school, Gan Shalom, and all of us have made many lifelong friends being part of the community. Rabbi Lee is brilliant and a mensch. Rabbi Jodie is exactly the kind of role model I’d want for my children. And Cantor Eric, besides being an amazing jazz musician, brings heart and soul to every service.
If you’re looking for an unpretentious, progressive, community-​oriented Judaism, RSNS may be the perfect fit.
