If we had dealt with Alban Tardif (5 stars) the first time around this review would probably be higher than 3 starts. Unfortunately the first salesman we dealt with was your typical salesman and just in it for the sale. However, when we went back ready for a fight Alban was the person who ended up assisting us. From him we got honest answers to our questions and excellent service. We are still trying different mattresses, but with Alban there have been no issues and nothing misleading. His goal seems to be to get us paired with a mattress that will work for us, no matter how many we try. He has been very patient and helpful through the entire process. Another group that deserves 5 stars is the delivery team. They’ve been to my house 3 times (we keep trying different mattresses). The first time, along with the mattress, they managed a 500lb bed frame up 2 flights of stairs, around two tight corners, and through 3 doors without ever once touching the walls or doors. The other two times they were just delivering mattresses, but the same care was used during those trips as well. Not only do they take great care not to bump into anything, they are very fast. When we’ve swapped out a mattress it hasn’t taken them any more than 15 minutes to bring up the new mattress and inspect and wrap up the one we were returning and be on their way.
