So we came here after a not so stellar experience at a nearby restaurant. We really were just looking to have a few apps and chat. The place looks very dark and plain from the outside, but once you enter, the interior is nicely decorated and modern looking so it’s very welcoming. Nice little bar area for those looking for that sort of meal for the night. The place was very busy(on a Tues night!) which is always a good sign. When we walked in, the hostess and manager looked familiar — we’re wondering if they are owners of another Chinese restaurant in RI that we used to frequent **scratches head**. And no we all don’t look alike so… yea lol. We were seated promptly and decided on seaweed salad, salt/pepper calamari, pan fried dumplings and shrimp California roll. The seaweed salad was nice and fresh tasting. Calamari was crispy and not too oily with plenty of flavor. The dumplings were good but I always like my dumpling wrappers a bit thinner, these were the thicker doughier kind. The shrimp California roll was just ok, really nothing too special about it — maybe next time we should order one of the other pricier cooked rolls such as Spicy Dragon or Caterpillar. All in all, we enjoyed our time — perhaps we should’ve came here instead of our initial stop. The service was great — water glasses were never empty, food came out hot and quickly. The booths were nice and comfy and gave us enough privacy to have a conversation. We wouldn’t mind coming back to try non appetizer food the next go around.

Three years since my first visit and I can proudly say they are still one of my favorite places around! Whether this is your first visit or your hundredth visit, one thing is certain, the staff will treat you like family! The owners and staff are an amazing grow pot people who always make you feel comfortable and special. The food, I will honestly say, is some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. There has yet to be a single item I have not liked and for that I am thankful! Whatever you get, it is fresh, hot and simply delicious! Some of my favorite dishes that I always get and will highly recommend are the chicken finger sin spicy szechuan sauce, shrimp in garlic sauce, udon noodles and for those vegan/vegetarians the general tsp’s bean curd! These items are filled with such wonderful, fresh flavors and they don’t cost an arm and a leg! The portions are massive allowing for a few days of leftovers too! In the end, this was a great new restaurant to show up in our little town and nearly everyone loves it! Whether it be a bite to eat or a quick drink and apps, it is a perfect place to go and enjoy!

Food is delicious, their Kung pao chicken is probably the best I had in MA. Owner is very friendly and courteous, I try their food twice a week… I’ll highly recommend this restaurant if you like Chinese food…

My wife and I came here for dinner over the holiday weekend along with her family which included 12 in all with the kids. I know that sometimes a party that size can create issues but that is still no excuse for mediocre service. While our reservation was at 6, our table wasn’t ready for about another 15 minutes before being seated. I could tell right away that our server was annoyed because we were going to have separate checks and my sister in law asked if the kids orders could be put I ahead of everything else. Shortly there after our server came back to take our drink orders before even asking what we all were going to order. The drinks did take a while but we could see on our way in that the bar was pretty busy. Nevertheless we finally got to put our orders in for appetizers and our meals. The appetizers and soup came out relatively quickly which was good, I had the wonton soup that came with my meal and I was a little surprised at how bland it was. Fortunately the egg roll and boneless ribs that came with the pupu platter made up for that… the ribs were out of bounds and the egg roll was loaded with nice veggies and ground pork. By the time our entrees came out my wife and I were both pretty full but we loved the flavor, my wife had the sesame chicken and I had the Sichuan chicken so we were both happy to take home all the leftovers. Now by the time we finally got the checks it was well after 9 pm which was fine but as we were leaving our sever made a comment about not coming back with the kids. Again, it kills me having to give two stars here because the drinks were great and overall the food was really good but the service unfortunately missed the mark. I think if my wife and I are in the area again we might give it another try just the two of us but that’s not very likely. Hopefully you will have a better experience if you try it for yourself.

A Nice Polynesian Restaurant This is actually a nice restaurant. Not your typical dark dirty Chinese joint. We had a few Polynesian mainstays and the were all solid and presented very nice. The big winner here is the Scorpion Bowl. It’s not served in your typical tiki bowl. It is served in a clear glass bowl. It was delicious. Not too sweet, very refreshing. Overall, this place is a more upscale version of Chinese with the pretty much the same low prices. The food was very solid and the drinks were great. Good Spot Thanks
