Pretty easy transaction here. Sent in my image via the webpage and got a quick response from a service rep. He worked with me on getting a better image, size and cost restrictions. All in all, a few days later I had a really great print from them. No real issues here… BUT the location is tough to find (in an industrial park) and the hours are pretttty poor (M-​F, 9 – 5:30pm). Need printing done and can pick up midweek? Do it! It’s way better than the other local printing shops around.

It must be very nice to be so successful that you can afford to be completely unresponsive to requests for new business. I brought potential new business in for a quote several weeks ago and after numerous calls and broken promises that I would receive a call back or e-​mail with information, I finally gave up today and placed a large order with another printer.
