This place is awesome! I came in recently for an eye exam and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. It turned out I needed reading glasses due to my job requiring me to spend so much time behind a computer. Hilma was extremely patient while helping me to find the perfect pair that fit my face comfortably, but did not make me look like an old man. I was very impressed with the high level of attention and care each customer/​patient was given. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to Optix since they opened and I am extremely satisfied with their amazing customer service and large variety of glasses and sunglasses. My 7 year old son has been a glasses customer of Optix since he was 1! Optix has an amazing large diverse variety of frames, sunglasses and contact lenses. I love being able to see the eye doctor and order my contact lenses, glasses and sunglasses all in the same location at the same time as my son and husband ! I highly recommend Optix to everyone for all their eye care needs!

They have a great collection of glasses. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. I came here to get my contacts and I am very happy with my new contact lenses. They spent over 2 hours helping me learn to use my contacts lenses

I had a great experience purchasing new frames today. Judy was extremely helpful and patient while I chose which frames I liked and offered her opinion without being pushy. I have a very small face and have difficulty finding glasses that fit, but Optix had a huge selection and I was able to have a choice between many different types. I ended up leaving today satisfied with the service and happy with my new frames. I will be back again in the future.

The exam was thorough and the service was excellent. They had a very large selection of frames to choose from. They were very patient and helpful.

I have been using Optix for years. Everyone from the owners to staff is courteous, professional and patient. I have been using for so long that they have have been able to monitor my eyesight and when it came time to refer me to an Opthamologist for cataracts they did. The Opthamologist said to wait for surgery and I was almost disappointed because my vision was bothering me so much.
However, after several re examinations by the excellent Doctors on staff at Optix, Dr Kestenbaum suggested Blue Tech Shamir lenses particularly for the computer and Evan Kestenbaum explained how and why he wears even though he does not have vision impairment.
We ordered the glasses (or pairs) and when they came in and I used in office I was able to see my computer better than when I first got glasses in 1991. The song «I can see clearly now» fits to a tee even though it most certainly dates me. But I can see the current pop stars in music videos very well!

OPTIX Family Eyecare Center is FABULOUS! The eye checkup I received was like no other I have had. Dr. Kestenbaum was extremely thorough diagnosing issues that have affected my eyesight for years but no other eye doctor had even looked for! AND if you want to wear contacts but have yet to find the type that works for you THIS IS THE PLACE!
